Informal meetings are those which are far less heavily planned and regulated than formal
business meetings (What is an informal meeting?, 2013). There is no specific thing and feature
followed by these type of meetings. They can be held at restaurant with casual treatment to each
other. Informal meeting provides an opportunity for every individual to share their ideas without
any restriction with more ease and comfort. This report is based on Apply Sydney where
company sell out only the products of Apple. They are going to organise a face to face meeting
at their near coffee shop for organising an office party for all colleagues in relation to make their
interaction more appropriate and resolve issues between them as well.
TASK 1

participation in this aspect so that they can do all things in an appropriate manner. Face to face
