1. Introduction
Communication plan is being stated as a proper and important approach that is being driven
by policy and is extremely helpful for providing error free and effective information and data related
to a project. The respective stakeholders of a project eventually obtain this particular kind of
information for the core purpose of delivering accurate information from accurate and efficient
channels of communication [6]. This following report provides a detailed analysis of the current
communication plan of CHD or County Health Department for improvement of public health
informatics. CHD made a strategy to integrate all the information systems into one integrated

disease is easily being detected and every possible future outbreak is stopped efficiently in time.
Furthermore, they are able to undertake proper and accurate decisions after involving the system
