1. Introduction
Communication plan is being stated as a proper and important approach that is being driven

Therefore, from this above discussion, conclusion can be drawn that County Health
Department has eventually made their communication plan in a perfect manner and there is a high
chance that it would be incrementing the several capacities regarding evaluation of program. CHD
will be making an integrated system of public health informatics so that any type of infectious
disease is easily being detected and every possible future outbreak is stopped efficiently in time.
