areas. It includes to ensure that system architecture must support the data interchange, develop
analytical tools for maintaining and managing data, take advance steps for reducing risks like
upgrading the system, improve performance of associated people by provide proper training to
use computer system and other tools, etc. Along with pharmacists must lead and manage the
communication and evaluation of potential risks such as system failure, while implementing new
technology (Otokiti, 2019). They must attain key leadership roles, within professional practice
