Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
Business Process Model and Notation refers to a graphical presentation of a specified
business prcoedure that gets carried out within a process model belonging to a business.
Originally, the Business Process Management Initiative (BPMI) developed this (Pullonen,
Matulevičius & Bogdanov, 2017). The Object Management Group (OMG) has properly
maintained BPMN since the merging of two organizations in the year of 2005.
JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)
This process commonly refers to an open-standard field format or might as well be
referred to as the format for data interchange that utilizes the human-readable text within the
transmission of data objects containing pairs of attribute-value as well as types of array data
(Afsari, Eastman & Castro-Lacouture, 2017). JSON is referred to as a common type of data
format having the inclusion of multiple range of applications such as the like of serving as a
replacement for XML present within the systems of AJAX. However, JSON is completely
having no real dependency upon a specific language.
The procedure of trasferring data between the server and that of the browser can only
be in the form of text. JSON commonly refers to a text as well as any of the JavaScript object
having the provision of comvertion into the same and then sent to the server to initiate further
communication. On the contrary, there is also the shared possibility of converting any of the
JSON that is typically received from the server into that of JavaScript objects (Zender, 2018).
This method can be successively followed in regards to the data in the form of JavaScript
objects having no real existence of complicated parsing as well as translations.

Information Governance
Information Governance refers to the overall strategy belonging to information
present within an organization. Information governance maintains the specific balance within
the risk that poses towards the information and that of the value provisioned by the respective
information. This also provisions with a helping hand towards the legal compliance,
reduction of expenditures as well as operational transparency that is also in accordance to the
legal discovery. A specific business organization can produce a consistent as well as a logical
framework for all the employees in order to handle data with the proper usage of Information
Governance and its related procedures as well as the policies (Smallwood, 2019). All of these
related policies provision with a proper guidance towards the behaviour of the organizations
along with the handling of employees through the electronically shared information (ESI).
Information Governance encompasses much more than that of the records
management related to tradition. This has a specific incorporation of the various policies
related to the field of information security as well as protection of the same. In addition to
this, there is a brief inclusion of data governance, knowledge management, risk management,
electronic discovery, privacy, data storage, business operations, data science, business
intelligence, big data as well as audit and analytics.
