success. many firms have adopted new technologies and innovations for improving their
business (Chaffey, Dave & White, 2010). Technology has played a good role in business
development. Technological innovations have used for improving business functions. CC
Music is a good company in the industry. The firm has used Information System for
managing different functions of their business in a better way. Clive and Chris have started
the company, as both Chris and Clive are music teachers. Both persons have good experience
in the music industry. Moreover, they have booked music shows. In addition, different agents
have booked shows for them in which they have performed at various places including
parties, radio programs, events, and TV.
There is a various technological innovation in the software industry, which can be used for
managing the business functions of the company. CC Music is a well-known company in the
music inductee because of its creative work and performance. The music industry is always
focused on talented people. Therefore, it can be used for growing in the market as well
(Anderson, et al., 2009).
The company has used legacy systems for managing their business, which is not suitable for
the company in the current environment. There are many conflicts between customers and the
firm because of commutation and collaboration. Thus, it is necessary to analyze all the issues
of the company, which has created many challenges in front of the company (Callahan,
2019).
In addition, the Business Process Model has used for the management of business processes
using proper representing business functions. It has used for various purposes including
monitoring and controlling. It can be used to analysed, improved, and automated business
functions as per the requirements. It has provided workflows of the process in a proper way,
which is helpful in the management of all the processes. A manager can analyse all the
business processes in a proper manner. It is the best use of technology in business strategy
management (Chang, 2011).
Moreover, the Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) has used for managing various
technical and non-technical issues in the company, which can be managed using the help of

BPMN and opensource ERP systems to manage its business in an effective manner. Odoo is
the best tool for managing their business operations. CC Music will get many benefits
because of this process. Moreover, digital transformation is necessary for taking competitive
advantages as well. This report has analyzed the various business process of the company and
it has provided a roadmap for managing all those issues and challenges. There are some
recommendations for the company, which will provide different opportunities in the future,
which areas:

This reflective discussion is based on integrating learning acquired during the whole module.
The module made me learn about business analytics, business process management, strategic
management, and open-sourced ERP systems. After studying about above-mentioned topics,
I prepared the business report which nurtured my academic skills in every possible way.
Also, I got to know the significance of ERP systems in different situations and settings.
While presenting open source ERP for the chosen company, I learned about the benefits of
ERP systems, opportunities and advantages of the same. I also learned about the challenges
of implementing ERP systems in business process management. My developed knowledge in
the module allowed me to see the applications of the ERP into scenarios such as purchase,
sales and marketing, human resource, engineering or production, customer relationship
management, and inventory management.
In addition to that, the module made me learn how to conduct a SWOT analysis in relation to
an organization working for managing information systems. I learned that strengths can be
used to grab different types of opportunities in the future as well. I learned that strategic
management is necessary to enhance businesses of the company. Besides, BPMN has helpful
in the management of various processes. In addition, the business process model has used for
the identification of various processes. In the firm, the legacy system has used to manage
various things. BPMN has used for managing and improving business operations as well.
Besides, I learned that open source ERP system has used for managing different processes of
the company. In the case of this company, it is difficult to design a BPM, which was based on
critical processes.
