Various changes to ways while working with CC Music:
Prior starting the research, I considered that full support is not available. I relied Hubsopt is
the most suitable one to be supported. The business process models have involved in concentrating
on “who” has been doing “what” and “when” for CC Music. This has been on description of the
operational performance of the activities for generating outcomes. Nevertheless, the aim driven
approaches have been bringing a new highlighted and forced to deploy a close relationship between
the ‘what” and “whys”. The conventional one has captured the strategic aims of CC Music. On the
other hand, the changed business model HubSpot has revealed how they can be gained with the help
of activities that are carried out by the actors. Apart from this, regarding the enterprise goals of CC
Music, Chris and Clive never needed to make the difference between what to gain and the ways to
gain that. However, this confusion has led to expressing ways as goals.
Discussing and sharing an instance of the Open Source Software to be utilized at CC Music:
This consists of the source codes. It can be evaluated and developed with changed by any
person. The source code is the software element unseen for a maximum of the users of the system.
It can be further manipulated by the programmers to change the people of program and
application to work. Instances of that include the “OpenSource Maturity Model”, “Capgemini Open
Source Maturity Model” and “Navica Open Source Maturity Model”.
