The organisation follows some of the best polices for the business
purpose and the smooth working of the business (Curran et al 2013). Although
some of the policies are needed to be revised or changed if necessary. Some of
the changes that the organisation needs to do, the freelancer producing the
stories must be made sure of the copy righted material or the duplicity of the
material must not be done. Also the freelancer must be made sure that no one
should be hurt or any illegal action must be done in order to take the test. Also
the advertisement policies must be improved properly in accordance to the
government rules. The organisation hold all the rights to modify any of the
terms and the conditions of the paper without noticing the party holder.
7 Limitations of Liability
Under this section it is specified the liability’s that the party’s has to
pay each other in any case of the misuse of the organisation equipment ,
breach of the security or in case of any fraud (Gil de Zúñiga, Jung and
Valenzuela 2012). If the freelancers are found to misuse the organisation items
like the cameras and the devices that are provided for the recording purpose,
may face permanent blockage from the organisation and the also legal
charges. If any user is found to misuse any article and video for any illegal
purpose the organisation may or may not terminate the account use for the
same. Also the advertisement providers must not provide any add that is not in
accordance to the government of the Australia.
3
Justification
The news that are given by the freelancers are checked by our expert
IT team and if the news content are not accordingly correct or if there is
6

duplicity of any news then the same shall be removed. Also the advertisements
are thoroughly checked by the team of ours before the same is published (Starr
2012 ). This is because it if anything fault is published in the channel then it
may harm not only harm the reputation of the organisation but will also
provide false information to the public who are looking forward on this
organisation. The if any of the parties are found violating the terms and the
conditions of the organisation then the contract can any time be broken
without prior notice , the organisation holds all the right to creak any contract
under circumstances (Otto and Meyer 2012). IF there is any loss or damage to
the equipment’s that are given to the freelancers can lead to fine or the
freelancer might have to buy a new item for the organisation. All the policies
that the organisation has are in accordance to the government set of the rules
and the media rules and hence the employees and the users won’t need to
bother about any legal matter of the same.
Assumptions
It is assumed that everyone will keep their contract and will do their
parts accordingly. The news that will be provided by the freelancers would be
valid and no false or not important news will be published by the freelancer
for the sake of earning money. It is assumed that the organisation now is
having a customer base of 1000 satisfied customers, but in the recent future it
can be assumed that the number of the customers will be increased to more
than 50000. Which includes the freelancers, and hence it is assumed that the
COSMOS will be one of the most valued organisation in the recent future and
hence will provide the customer with quality news. It is also a part that the
freelancers will not be involved in any part of quarrel for the sake of any news

and the will not be involved any case of legal actions. The freelancers are
advised to work the in the best possible way for getting the news and the give
the best possible news.
