The aim of this project is developing a project plan for Repair-Made-Easy (RME)
Incorporated to implement an information system for its business process. The information
system will help the business stakeholders to handle the business more efficiently and easily.

5. The system will be connected with the associated bank servers so that the customers can make
their payments through the banks.
6. All the customers will be able to view parts located on all the stores of the company over
different places.
7. The new IS system will be able to store the details of all the retailers who supplies materials
for the company.
Non-Functional Requirements

system for the RME Incorporated are:
1. The admin should be able to change their password after getting their login ids and passwords.

Justification for project schedule
As the method of critical path is being used for this project, the project will include all the
tasks scheduled in this project. This particular method will help to organize project and complete
the project within time. The cost of the project states completing the project within $0.8 million
and the project will be completed within 119 days. The budget that is included in carrying out the
project is $450,400. The schedule and project budget is stated in the figure above.
The goal of this project is completing the task within time schedule and with budget of
project. The project schedule is reasonable as because project schedule will get completed with
the time frame and within the time budget (Fabijan, Olsson and Bosch 2015). The project scope
is to develop an IS system for the company and the scope of the project is fulfilled by completing
project within the time frame and within time schedule. The project deliverables contains all the
project planning details which would help in completing the project successfully.
The above stated project is reasonable because this project will be completed within
project time frame and within project budget that the project manager has stated for this project
and all the deliverables and the scope of the project will get completed within the project.
