Introduction
This presentation is focused on a case study of
“International Charity Foundation” (ICF) which provides
assistance through funding to the young people so that
they can realise their potential. The organization offers
medical as well as educational assistance to the children in
different countries. Presently, the business process is
carried out manually and paper based therefore it
consumes more time along with increased complexity.
Hence, they have decided to adopt a new system which
will help to mitigate the existing issues within their
business process. This report will help them technical
experts to understand their needs and business
requirements so that the new system could be developed
as per their requirements.
