The aim for this project is to develop responsibilities of system analysis in project that are
related with the project case study. This project will help to plan the development of IS system
and manage project successfully. This project aims at investigating system requirements as well
as documents needed for the project.

The objective related with this project are:
To observe all developing phase for developing IS system for the Repair-Made-Easy
Incorporated.
To study one particular phase for the company.
To study the functional along with the non-functional requirements associated with the
working process.
To study the cost benefit analysis and project management scheduling for completing the

includes less traditional timelines as well as include projects that needs to work with fluidly.
With the change in the project, the managers gets feedback and allows the project to make
changes.
Waterfall Approach: This approach have linear steps that includes a linear project

owner of RME Incorporated. This project sponsor has the responsibility to provide fund for the
project. There is a project manager associated with the project. The project manager is
responsible to complete project successfully and view all the tasks that are related with the
project. There is business analyst who has the responsibility to analyse the business that is being
carried out in the company. There are subject matter experts associated with the project who
helps in documenting the project plan for implementing the IS system. There are developers,
database administrators, quality analyst, testing team and programmers who helps to do the
coding, develop the database system and complete the project successfully.

Observations: The direct observation technique that can be used for developing the
project is a simple method and is unobtrusive method for collecting data (Ranney et al. 2015).
Gathering the information with this method helps observer to get a holistic perspective that helps
