desktop and laptop.
Click-Meeting: Any people can easily create a video-conference by using their mobile
phone. But there are few meetings which aim to provide improved functionality which is
provided by this software. Click-Meeting on various platforms like Android, Blackberry and
Apple help in scheduling the meeting (Laudon and Laudon 2016). Also, it also helps in
streaming audio and video, sharing of the screen followed by recording all the events. This all
can be done by the help of smartphone.
Zoho CRM: This particular application provides a similar level of functionality like
salesforces. It is completely tied with the rest of the Zoho ecosystem. If people want a proper
CRM system which is tied to the email, document management, email marketing. Zoho CRM
helps the people to easily interact with a customer so that they can improve the business
relationship (Theorin et al. 2017). Using a CRM account, people can reach it through email, chat
and social media. Zoho CRM is helpful to business for organizing and speeding up the sales
