INFORMATION SYSTEM
Introduction
Over the years, the prevalence of information system has managed to captivate the basic
and necessary requirements of the organisations. Hence, the aspect of information system
essentially refers to the organized system comprised of collection, organization, storage as well
as communication procedures. The technological advancement within the premises of the
organizational principles and activities have created enough facilitation to be able to meet up
with the supposed expectations of the organisations in an effective manner.
Therefore, the primary aim of this study is to locate and analyse the definite factors that help
most of the organisations like Laureate in order to abide by the definite principles of information
system. In addition to this, the study will also examine the necessary attributes that are associated
with the limitations that are prevalent in the contemporary business scenario.
Factors that help organisations to create value for its project
The creation of strategic planning helps in the association and development of strategic
plans. The careful creation of vision of the future and the development of strategies help in
realizing the vision towards the expected strategic results. In the context of Laureate, it can be
said that. The critical factors towards the strategic planning and creation of strategic
interventions help in the attainment of the successful implementation and the supposed activities
that needs to be undertaken by the organisation (Serra & Kunc, 2015).
The first and foremost strategic planning proposition that is being implemented by the
organisation is the aspect of engagement. It has been found that, strategic planning is not only a
planning process for organisation, but is considered one of the key elements towards the process
of engagement regarding all the levels that are prevalent within the premises of the organization.
In addition to this, the presence of staff engagement tends to generate the initiation of an
additional input that helps in building up commitment towards the end plan. It is also important
to note, with the help of effective levels of employee as well as staff engagement, it so happens
that, it helps in the generation of the additional input. It eventually helps in understanding the
strategic direction, which is required for the organisation. As a result, the the input of the

employees will create a definite insight into the challenges, issues and concerns of the associated
opportunities that might not have been fully understood (Olins, 2017).
Communication is considered the integral element of an organisational proposition. It is
to be noted that, the processes associated with strategic planning are considered successful
towards the initiation of proper communication perspectives. In addition to this, the
communication in all levels of employees and informing the undertaking of a definite strategic
planning process. The employees thus provide an input into the strategic planning process and
method with the help of feedback surveys as well as focus groups (North & Kumta, 2018).
The presence of innovation helps in carrying out the proper initiation of creativity and
productivity that the organisation needs to be able to understand the necessary associated of
business enhancement. Hence, the market, in which the organisation perceived needs to have
proper understanding of the definite market propositions that needs to be taken into account. On
the other hand, the extensive presence of organizational culture helps in the association of the
attitudes and values as well as beliefs that creates uniqueness and diversity within the personality
of the individual. Without the presence of organisational culture, it so happens that, the
organization tends to lose its charm and environment. With the initiation of proper methods and
processes the organization will be able to understand the definite processes associated with
organisational impediments (Schaltegger & Burritt, 2017).
Limitations to contemporary business problems
The presence and facilitation of information system comes with certain problems, which
needs to proper assessment. The specific addressing of the common issues and satisfaction helps
in creating and obtaining a definite decisions and discovering trends that the organisation tends
to generate. Hence, the following can be considered as the limitations to the contemporary
business problems, when it comes to information system and are as follows:
Implementation costs
The primary goal of the information system helps the organisation to make business and the team
to be more effective and efficient. It is to be noted that, the new solutions and technological
advancements that have been implemented by the organisation tends to require both time and
money. Hence, the implementation cost associated with employee training is essentially required

INFORMATION SYSTEM
and if not implemented properly creates a sense of hindrance within the premises of the
organisation (Laudon & Laudon, 2016).
Security risks
When it comes to security, the presumes of information system and the cloud based systems that
are prevalent within the premises of the organization tends to create significance. However, in
the present day scenario, it has been found that, the mobilization of workforce along with the
accessing of client convenience tends to come with a big security risk. In other words, it can be
said that, one of the most common issues that is associated with security risk lies in the fact that,
the spyware trends to steal private and personal information of the organisation. The hackers
then uses it for further fraudulent practices (Laudon & Laudon, 2015).
Increasing regulations
The ethical use of data is further creating attributes that are associated with the protection of data
and is involved towards the protection of client data. The regulations and the legislations that are
associated with the collection of sensitive and private information needs proper assessment. The
preparation of the increase in the number of regulations tends to hinder and hamper the supposed
activities that are being carried out by the organisation in every possible manner (Kavanagh &
Johnson, 2017).
Synthesising requirements
After the attainment of an extensive proposition regarding the problems and issues of
information system, there are certain definite perspectives, which need to be taken into account.
It is to be noted that, the synthesis of requirements tend to act as a manifestation of the overall
methods and processes that needs to be assessed in every possible manner. It is to be noted that,
the information system that has been provided as a model of design process helps in the
provision of guidance within the development of knowledge based systems. It is on the basis of
which such models come from the research design theory and the methodology that has been
presented. Furthermore, the representation of design knowledge as well as experience helps in
the representation of design and system this that are considered distinct and complementary in
nature (Chang, 2016).
Hence, the first and foremost requirement of the information system is to accommodate case
based reasoning. It refers to the involvement of the generation of design solution, which

eventually uses the solution or solution process from a previous design problem. Furthermore,
the generalization as well as the attainment of a definite design domain needs proper assessment.
As a distinct process model, the presence of case based reasoning is tentatively based on the
involvement of varied operations (Adams et al. 2016). The recalling of the relevant cases from
the case memory helps in the understanding of the problems that are being faced by the
organisation and the definite ways with the help of which the problems and issues can be
essentially mitigated. The selection of the most promising case and the construction of solutions
help in updating the case memory that stores the new case in every possible manner. Hence, from
this definite point of view, it can be said that the initiation of synthesis requirements help in the
generation of the revival of the issues and problems that hinders the supposed business attributes
of the organisation. In addition to this, the concept generation techniques of computerized
synthesis, it so happens that, the broad automatic input as well as the facets of knowledge
generation helps in creating solutions, which are tentatively based upon the implementations of
indicated desire in a somewhat effective manner (Gorinova et al. 2016).
Strategy that embodies principles of agile methodology
The development of traditional systems and the development of the methodologies are
sometimes often falling short in the modern business environment. In the present day scenario, it
so happens that, some of the strategic interventions that have been adopted by the organization
tends to act as a manifestation of the significant processes and procedures that needs to be taken
into account (Freedman, 2016). In addition to this, it is also important to note that, the strategic;
intervention that tends to initiate an embodiment of the principles of the agile methodology
comes with certain principles. These principles help the organisation to be able to understand the
definite perspectives that are associated with the initiation of significant methods and processes.
Hence, from this point of view, it can be said that, the presence of agile methodology is
considered inevitable towards the implementation of the organisational specifications, which
creates a sense of instigation among the organizational members (Abrahamsson et al. 2017). It
incrementally uses the short iterations that is associated with the development of the alignment of
the change in the business needs. These businesses needs will further be able to facilitate the
necessary organisational principles and will help in the mitigation process. It is to be noted that,
when it comes to the organisational principles, the agile methodology helps in the effective

adaptation of the processes of feedback that is frequent in nature and product is delivered within
the supposed time. The first principle of the agile methodology is to attain effectiveness of
customer satisfaction through the use of early and continuous delivery. Itso happens tiwyg the
help of proper valuable software. With the facilitation of information technology, it is likely to
happen that, the initiation of definite software will lead to a successful implementation of the
supposed application of supposed implementation of the effects of the methodology. The
changing requirements of the customers are another major priority that needs to be assessed by
the organisation. In order to be able to carry out the definite facets and tenets of the agile
methodology, it so happens that, the presence of the definite principles of the methodology helps
in the facilitation of competitive advantages within a shorter time scale (Alahyar, Svensson &
Gorschek, 2017).
Complex business needs across the organisation
The business needs across the organisation needs proper assessment as it surrounds the
necessary organisational principles that are associated with the initiations that helps in the
implementation of the supposed principles of organizational prospects. The concept of
sustainable development within the receiving of the growth in recognition helps in the attainment
of capital base within the possibility of extending the notions of the natural as well as human
resources. In addition to this, the potential attributes of human resources tend to act as an
integration of the business enterprises that are essentially carried out by the organisation (Jeston,
2014).
Furthermore, it can also be said that, the complex needs of the organization are somewhat
less routine in nature. It is to be noted that, the complex needs of the organisation often based on
the vague structural aspects of the organisational questions, which need not required to be
implemented (Tregear, 2015). The evaluation of the supposed features such as the number of the
definite procedures needs proper assessment. The definite situations that tend to invoke complex
information are often based on the usual problematic situations that lead to the experiencing of
the potential risks. Hence, from this definite point of view, it can be said that, the presence of
complex situations help the organisation to be able to identify the issues and problems that are
prevalent within the tenets of the organisation (Sadgrove, 2016).

Conclusion
In the light of the above scenario and analysis, there are certain definite parameters,
which need to be taken into account. It is to be noted that, the prevalence of information system
and the current marketing propositions that are being carried out by Laureate helps in the
attainment of the significant processes and procedures. However, with the current technological
facilitation, it so happens that for a company like Latureae, which is a health and wellness
company intends to implement information technology. This information technology and the
elemental perspectives eventually helps them to be able to carry out the significant perspectives
in an effective manner.
