AI Summary
This assignment focuses on the design of the International Charity Foundation (ICF) system using Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs). It includes a context diagram that outlines the system's interaction with external entities like children, staff, consultants, sponsors, and individuals/organizations. Furthermore, a level 0 DFD is developed, detailing the major sub-processes such as enrollment, donation, payment processing, and reporting, along with the associated data stores (healthcare database, ICF database, and payment details) and data flows. The assignment aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business process architecture and information flow within the ICF system, offering insights into how data is managed and exchanged between various components. This assignment is part of BUS5BID Business Information Systems Design at La Trobe University.

way entities interact with each other. In the report the main aim behind designing the 0-
Level DFD is for people using the services offered by the organization. The developed
diagram includes entities, processes data stores and data flows.
Entities: there are 5 entities that are associated with the system that are listed
