1. Introduction
This report is focused on a case study of “International Charity Foundation” (ICF) which provides
assistance through funding to the young people so that they can realise their potential. The
organization offers medical as well as educational assistance to the children in different countries.
Presently, the business process is carried out manually and paper based therefore it consumes more
time along with increased complexity. Due to the paper based work, there are sometimes errors and
delay in the business process. Hence, they have decided to adopt a new system which will help to
mitigate the existing issues within their business process. This report will help them technical experts
to understand their needs and business requirements so that the new system could be developed as per
their requirements.
2. Use Case Diagram
The Use case diagram presented below demonstrates the various services that will accessed by the
different users of the news system.

8. Conclusions
From the overall report, it can be conclude that the system will be able to fulfil requirements of the
organization. In this report, various modelling diagrams are presented to illustrate the functionalities
that will be performed by the new system. The users will feel easier to use the services offered by ICF
through online rather than paper based system. The new system will allow the organization to run
their business smoothly and achieved the desired goals. The new system will also help them to
maintain the flow of information in an organized manner so that they can easily carry out their
operational activities. The diagrams being presented in this report demonstrates the functions that will
be carried out along with their related users so that the system can be divided into modules. The
services of the system will depend on the user level and hence it will be profitable to implement the
new system.
