INTRODUCTION
Information System refers to an organised, formal as well as socio-technical systems
which is effectively designed to appropriately gather, process as well as store useful and
meaningful information. It is necessary to review foundation of information systems in
companies to ensure effective as well as long-term serving systems that could help in sharing and
transferring information within and outside the company. The following report is based on

hard paper which is also comparatively cheaper then the plastic and also does not negatively
impact the environment.
The motivated individuals needs to cooperate with the business representative for
welcoming the changing requirements so that the change can be implemented in proper manner
without effecting the other business activities and operations. The implementer can face to face
interact with the customer regarding the implementation of hard paper instead of plastic in
packaging the products.
By using the principle of Sustainable development and Continuous attention, this change
can be further understood properly which will help the firm in gaining a higher competitive edge.
The management needs to consider the self-organizing and effective teams for the
implementation of hard paper which will ensure the execution of work in the assigned deadlines.
The manager also needs to measure the progress of work in order to ensure a continuous pace is

present firm will gain advantages to measure feasibility of its idea behind product development
and design modification accordingly (Hall, 2017). In context with Robust Distribution channels,
for identifying distributive channels like suppliers and logistics, managers must focus on
management of warehousing and floor planning. In addition to this, ensures delivery of right
products at right price, helps in managing the sustainability of business and creating the pathway
to achieve business objectives.
While for customer service engagement, it is essential for associated people of business
including all stakeholders to work in collaboration throughout completion of entire activities of
project plan. For creating value of business, management of Laturea needs to engage employees
with business activities and gain their contribution for achievement of goals. In this regard, by
providing effective training to workers to make them familiar with new technology and software,
enhance skills and knowledge in given field (Nadareishvili and et. al., 2016). This will give
opportunity to employers to utilise talent of workers in developing its products and services.
Furthermore, as per agility principle i.e. giving continuous attention towards technical excellence
and effective product design, results in enhances agility. Therefore, management of respective

development. It would aid to reduce chance of product failure at marketplace and give chance to
exceed expectation of customers as well.

As per this study, it has been examined that for product development as per latest trends
and services, it is essential for a company to adopt the concept of agile management and relative
principles. This would help in completing their primary and secondary activities related to
product development in more profitable manner. From the above report it has been concluded
that, market and selling is a component which is associated with advertisement and promotional
activities of an product, so that it can get sold. The major problems which organisation use to
face in digital marketing are availability of several tools in market place which have power to
attract ample number of customers very quickly.
There are ample number of digital marketing tools which are help in organisations in
increasing their sales by 155. these include social media, online videos and other. Along with
this, it has been concluded that Porter's value chain model is very much important for an
organisation. As this help them in increasing their sales and revenue by identifying different
aspect of them. Along with this customer engagement services are very much important for an
organisation, as this help them in increasing customer base for them.
