Introduction:
Information system is a huge area and with every passing day the area is increasing
further. New technologies are being discovered which is leading to more and more ways in
which the system can be disrupted. In the contemporary world, as much as 60 % of the business
sectors makes usage of the information technology for the purpose of the operation. Information
technologies helps in the analysis of the data along with the storage and the processing of the
data as well. All the records are stored in the cloud based facilities nowadays. However, with so
much of the technologies in use, defects or dispute may occur at any place or time (Banjo, 2017).
A defect tracking tool or the defect tracker is used for the purpose of tracking down the system in
search of the source of the defect and close it after proper testing and inspection.
Problem statement:
In this scenario where there is maximum usage of the technology in the business sectors,
educational sectors, banking and many others, if bugs and other small programs makes
disruption, there is chance of failure of the entire process. With the introduction of the defect
tracking devices in the usage this can be prevent. The research is proposed such that these kind
of disruptions in the system can be prevented from occurring.
Literature review:
The software developers are one of the most annoying things that are faced by the
software developers around the world. Fixation of the bugs in the system is one of the toughest
job for the developers of the business organization. There are numerous ways which are adopted
by the business all over the globe for the prevention of the bug attacks (Zimmermann & Artís,
2019).

approach which are followed by the business at present makes use of the technologies which
instead of fixing the bug tracks them down on the daily basis, such that the source can be found

if the databases that are in use of the system. These databases includes the components of the bug
trackers that is the time the bug was reported, the severity of the impact that it had on the system,
