Issues impacting the Business
Manual Operations – Manual management of the
transaction record in paper often results into erroneous
record in the sales record (Mbuvi, Namusonge and Arani
2016).
Market Competition – Online portals for the customers by
other companies made the situation difficult for Baiparri
to sustain in the market (Ezrachi and Stucke 2016).
Manpower and Customer Service – Manually attending
the customer’s queries makes the unattended ones wait
for a long time which affects the business. Besides hiring
more manpower would result into huge monthly
expenses.
