INTRODUCTION
Information system helps to increase overall firm performance and productivity in the
work. It also helps to increase the work efficiency in the company. There are different types of
information system that have various characteristics to give profit to the employees. There are
various ways to create effective and efficient system for an entity. In this project task James
healthcare centre wants to create new information system to analysis and compare the data so
that they can easily prepare the annual report of the firm. To implement the information system
in the company the need to follow appropriate process. System analyst has a responsibility to
create effective and efficient system that gives more advantages to the firm. In the inception
phase of the project they need to identify the risk and find out the ways to increase the
performance of the system in a firm.
PROJECT TASK
Information system are the system that helps to analysis the data and also helps to get
accurate data of an entity. There are different types of information system that has various
characteristics to give profit to the company to manage their data and information. In the
inception phase it gives the way to identify the project risk and benefit so that they can easily
take appropriate decision for the improvement. By finding the risk manager can easily get the
accurate results and based on that they can easily prepare the timeline for the development of
project (Hoffer, (2017). By using the information system in the JMS they can easily collect the
data of the patients and then analysis it. Based on the results firm can apply innovate strategies to
increase overall performance and productivity in the world. By using different types of
information system they can easily increase their firm performance and productivity in the world.
IS helps to find out the current situation and helps to compare the data of the consumer. To
implement an effective project in the company management needs to give appropriate training
and development to an employee so that they can easily innovate the system to increase overall
performance in a world (Hoffer, (2017).
Inception phase is the best way to identify the benefits and risk of the project in a firm.
There are different types of stages that helps to know the actual benefits, risks, project scope and
project feasibility. By knowing the project statues, the company can easily know the risk and
then they can easily take appropriate decision for their improvement. To implement the
information system in the firm the manager has a responsibility to provide appropriate training

define appropriate project scope
To implement the information system the manager needs to create effective and valuable
scope of the project. By setting the goal of the system then only the firm can get higher
performance and desired target in a world. Scope of the project is increase a work efficiency and
get desired target in the world. It consists the features of the project and functionality to set the
desired objective (Illias, Chen and Lewin, (2012)).
Estimate cost and schedule
After creating the objective and scope of the project the manger needs to set the
appropriate cost and prepare the task activities if the project. Based on the employee
performance they should assign the task for the project. For the implementation of the
information system the manger of a firm needs to give task to the employee. They need to
prepare schedule for specific task. For the effective implementation, company needs to create
effective plan fr the project (Jamali, El Dirani and Harwood, (2015).
Define risk
system analyst has a responsibility to identify the risk and then find appropriate solutions
for the particular risk. During the implementation of the information system, there can be occur
many risks such as technical, operational, other. So they need to overcome them by applying
different types of technologies and approaches. There are two types of risk such as higher and
lower priority risk (Jamali, El Dirani and Harwood, (2015).
Determine project feasibility
Information system must be effective and that helps to get desired target in the world.
There are different types of strategies to measure the feasibility to measure the project. If the
information system is not appropriate or effective then firm needs to take appropriate decision
for the improvement. As a system analyst, they need t find out their problem and then find good
solutions for the project risks. By using the information system in the company, they can easily
get higher performance in the world (Ltifi and et.al., (2013).
There are different types of information system that gives more efficiency to the firm to
manage their firm data. There are various information system such as management information

such as computers, developers, software and systems. For the effective development of the IS in
the company the manger needs to give appropriate training to the employee so that they can
easily develop the information in the firm. They also need to give guidelines and instructions to
the employee to develop the system. By getting essential resources an employee can easily work
together to get desired objective of a company in the world (Mayyas and et.al., (2012)).

based on the risk (Poddubnyy and et.al., (2012)).

technical issues, lack of knowledge and skills, risk and other factor. To overcome an issue a
manager needs to give appropriate training and develop to an employee so that they can easily
produce the information system. During the implementation of Is in the JMS there can occur
many barriers such as technical issues, increment in cost etc. to overcome the issues the
management needs to take appropriate actions based on the risk (Whyte and Barrett, (2012).

target, cost and process of activities. By scheduling the task activities of the system, they can
easily implement the information system that gives ore profit to the firm. By using the
