The technology has important effects on the business operations; therefore its security is
also important. The technology infrastructure affects the culture as well as business relationships.
It affects the security of confidential information plus trade advantages. The business
organizations spent time as well as money to educate the employees on security matters. The
technology helps the organization to keep ideas away from the competitions. The company
requires implementing information security program for teaching the entire project team basic
lessons about security for protecting the financial data, personal and confidential information
(Delport, Gerber, & Safa, 2016). A security program is required in the business for providing the
data secured. There is required of awareness for the application security knowledge. The
application security awareness is for developers as well as testers in the business organization.
The business implements security development lifecycle for sustainable security cultures.
In the business, security is important as it maintains physical property and protects
against the intruders, potential thefts as well as acts that could cause issues into the company. As
attack can damage the organization and cause financial burden, then it affects the reputation of
the company (Peltier, 2016). Security awareness is crucial for the employees and the company’s
management has responsibility to protect the company’s data in addition to resources against the
cyber attacks. Staff training is also required to protect confidential data from the hackers.
Training furthermore professional development invests heavily for sake of employees and their
