Introduction
The concept of the management of the information system can be considered to be
designed to process, retrieve and handle data that has a significance role to play within the
organization. The main motive behind the implementation of the system is to support
provisioning of information in order to support operation, decision making capability and
methodical use of the knowledge relating to sharing of information
(Screwedopinion.blogspot.com, 2018). In today’s competitive market it can be considered that it
is very much crucial for an organization to maintain an MIS which would be streamline and
coordinate the processes which are complex related to the operation of the business.
The main focus point which is applied to the report is related to the Tesla organization.
The area of emphasis which is given in the report lies in the sector of the acquire, development
and the maintaining of the information system within the working of the organization.
Acquire of information system
The Tesla motors have positioned successfully in the market. Relating to the acquiring of
the information system it can be stated that a well-designed information system directly rests on
a foundation which is coherent that supports agility of the organization. The information system
which is used within the working of the Tesla organization is the Artificial intelligence (Russell
& Norvig, 2016). It was stated by the founder and CEO of the Tesla (Elon Musk) that they were
working on their own Artificial intelligence software. The organization in some cases were
criticized about the autonomous cars which were placed in the road. In order to safe guard the
sector of working relating to the autonomous cars the artificial intelligence domain of
information technology was implemented.

Development of the information system
The organization co-founder stated that they have developed an OpenAI which is a
research organization who is dedicated in ensuring that AI is developed and deployed properly
(Gerla et al., 2014). The main concept which is involved in the development of the information
system is related to the involvement of a way which is manageable to minimize any risk robot
that is existential which may possess to the humanity.
In the concept of the development of the Artificial intelligence with the working of the
Tesla organization detailing is not much provided from the end of the organization about the new
AI of the Tesla. Though it can be believed that it will be directly involving process of “thinking”
algorithm developed for the organizational software of auto pilot which currently provides Tesla
vehicle limited (level 2) driving capacity which is autonomous (Krueger, Rashidi & Rose, 2016).
As expected from the end of the founder their system can be estimated to be full autonomous
(autonomous level 5) by 2018 (Marr, 2018). The organizations data was effectively
crowdsourced from all the different vehicle with the help of external and internal sensors which
can pick different information about the activity which are being done by the drivers. This data
holds tremendous importance in the functionality of the information system which is placed
within the working of the vehicle.
Maintain of the information system
In the sector of the development of the information system the cars which were related to
the Tesla did not take into focus weather they are auto pilot enabled or not, the data would be
send to the cloud directly (Cioinsight.com, 2018). The main problem which can be seen in the
sector is related to the occasionally overheating which was diagnosed in the year 2014 by the
means of data monitoring. Each of the vehicle in the sector can be automatically be repaired by

means of software patch. This concept can be directly linked to the sector of the maintaining of
the information system.
In the sector of the maintaining of the system machine learning in the concept of the
cloud directly takes control of the sector of educating of the entire fleet. On the other hand,
relating to the level of individual car, edge computing directly decides what action of the car and
decides what the car needs to do (Bonnefon, Shariff & Rahwan, 2016). The third level of
engagement which is related to the maintaining of the information system is related to the
formation of network with other vehicle in the sector in order to gain an interaction area.
Conclusion
The report can be concluded on a note that the sector of the information technology
which is the Artificial intelligence is playing a very significant role in the working of the Tesla
organization. It can be stated that there is various sector of implementation which can be linked
to the domain of autonomous car functionality. The sector of implementation in each of the cases
can be stated to be in the stage of research and in the upcoming days it would be playing a more
dominating and risk free role.
