Introduction
The “5G” is the fifth-generation digital cellular technology for the communication
purposes. 5G is the successor of the previous generation 4G technology which is currently very
much faster when compared with the 4G. The main advantage of the 5G technology over the 4G
technology is that, it is impressively faster in the comparison of network speed provided (Hu et
al. 2015). So, the 5G technology is capable of providing a very fast connectivity. In the aspects
of business requirements, the 5G can provide several of benefits towards the functionality of the
businesses. As it can provide a fast and reliable type of connectivity remote access can be gained
easily be the employees of the organization to the resources of the organization. In this way the
employees will be able to work remotely as per their requirement. In this way productivity of the
organization will be increased and in this way the businesses and the organizations will see
marginal profits.
In this paper a project plan will be produced for the for a major private hospital for the
incorporation of the 5G technology in their current organizational infrastructure. Currently this
hospital attracts approximately 3000,000 customers per year and the 5G technology has become
very much important for the organization as it is currently lacking a proper type of
communication in the organization. With the incorporation of the 5G technology this issue will
be resolved and the organization will be able to function in its full potential. Thus, creating a
proper type of project plan is very much important so that this project can be initiated and
executed perfectly. With the project plan a project report will be also provided in this paper
regarding proper execution of the current project. Thus, in this aspect by the incorporation of
proper project plan and the project report this project can be led towards the path of success.

approximately 300,000 customers per year and to handle this much number of customers a
proper infrastructure is very much important. But in the present circumstance the hospital is
lacking a proper type of communication technology for the communication purposes. This is a
quite important part for the organization and a proper type of communication technology need to
implemented. Here implementation of the 5G technology can solve this current problem. The
organization is also having the potentiality of getting more customers remotely. In these aspects
also, incorporation of the 5G technology will be very much useful for the organizations for
getting and servicing the customers remotely. Also, the organization is looking for implementing
a telehealth services for their customers. These type of telehealth services requires handling
capability of a large amount of traffic over the wireless network infrastructure. The traditional
type of wireless network infrastructure is not capable of handling these high amounts of traffic.
Here, implementation of the 5G technology can solve the problem as it is having the capability
of handling a high amount of traffic. Also, there are total 1000 employees in the organization
who need to access various of systems of the organization remotely. In this case also the 5G
technology implementation can be very much beneficial for the organization as the employees
will be able to access their required resources from the organization without any issues due to
high speed connectivity provided by the 5G technology. Thus, by considering all of this cases,
