INTRODUCTION
In recent time,existence of the information system has been extended. An individual is
not always understands position & presence of the information system in regular life.
Information system is fundamentally research of the network of the software & hardware that
help the company to collect, filter and make the information needed (Shadmanova and
Azimdjonova, 2022). This report is going to cover different methods, & techniques related to the
design & development of IT solution, effect of the globalization on the information
infrastructure. It will also discuss risk connected with information system outsourcing.

Ms Office- This system constantly used by throughout the world. It is defined in term of the MS
excel which is a spreadsheet. It is document of the process & MS Power Point which used
utilised with the purpose of visual presentation. It has been analysed that MS office is a family of
several software including server software & client software that are matured for the Microsoft.
This software is introduced by the Bill Gates during 1990. software like Microsoft excel,
Microsoft power point and Microsoft word are comprised on first version. Product was legally
copyright of Microsoft organization that provided document to manage the software. In
marketplace,Ms Office is available with third languages along with a software that is
corroborated by the Ms Office & MAC security. It is very easy to use this software, universal
software & tutorial of this software is available. It consist various kind of the software like Ms
power point, Ms Access, One Note Ms excel and Ms Word,etc.
McAfee- It has been identified that McAfee is a well known and famous universal security brand
that deal in the development of different tools related to digital security for computer and various
security devices. This organisation was established by John McAfee in 1987. respective firm also
focusing on the mobile devices. Digital security tool protect the system from harmful virus,
attack, bot and warms. This software assist in protecting the significant information or data in
the system from few codes that are available in software's file which can be compressed. It also
protects against several threats like malicious, phishing attacks, websites, spams, hacking and

many more. This system of the virus, standardize and filtering which gives such outcomes.
Additionally, HTML text involves in the Microsoft Outlook also precaution from all these kind
of the tools (Zhao and et. al., 2022).
2.0 Specify & Provide examples for every software.
Executive Support System (ESS)- This software is very helpful for every level of the
management within an organisation. This system make all the information beneficial and useful
for the top management that help them in decision making process related to the business. It has
been analysed that decision taken by the top management within organisation impact overall
operation or functioning of the organisation that comprise employees and finance etc. therefore,
for an effective decision, a reliable base of the information is required significantly.
Decision Support System (DSS)- This general application is used by the organisation when
taking any decision at different level of the management. This system helpful in evaluating any
information so that best and beneficial option can be selected for the organisation. It comprises
mainly three components that are for example software, user database & knowledge interface so
that an effectual decision-making can be taken. product specification, Cagoules, policies, &
procedure are few example of DSS.
Management Information System (MIS)- It is very useful and significant middle level
mangers in decision making process. Main aim of this system is to collect the information then
form the Transaction Processing System (TPS) and after this, it is guardant to the collected
information or data at same time in different types like report, responses, display and other etc.
Knowledge Management System (KSM)- Primarily objective of the KMS, is to intensify the
collected data and make sure that collected information and skill has been efficaciously
corporates in organisation effectively and properly. Additionally this system also aid the
organisation in evaluating the external knowledge of modern marketplace. Few example of the
KSM are fiscal working area, virtual reality, and design systems.
Transaction Processing System (TPS)- It help the organisation when performing their
functioning and practices of regular activities in effective manner. This system completely
depend on nature, sales, size and product's supply. Employee record, payroll and shipping are
few examples of the TPS (Rathan-Kumar and et. al., 2022).

The term internationalisation is wide and complex, it is dynamic to justify this term in
an individual. Globalization can be simply as the process in which free flow and freedom of the
services can be done among the countries of another nation. It is a process which is connected in
the term globalization. The company with the assistance of business is capable to grow their
company from regional market to global marketplace. The previous decades was the progress
time of globalisation can be listed in below :
The development of technology is included in the major components for the globalization
evolution in worldwide. This kind of rivalry tools assist the global country to move toards the
moral ethics and standard. After the coming details technology, hurdles are link to the business

Why is IT infrastructure is so important to digital transformation.
The infrastructure of the information technology is very good to the digital
transformation. The complete It system of the company is totally dependent on the due to this is
the base it is very important for the business the want and requirement of data centre and
networking . This is very significant for the company to analyse the want and needs of data
centre also networking. It is not helps the company in making decisions along with that aids in
taking risk. In order to execute the digital transformational with the company this is not a easy
task. A large amount of capital and money is needed for this to execute because of which they
are capable to concentrate on the development of the company in the competitive market. Flash
