payment process (Cassidy, 2016). Through this, receipts can be easily printed out and handed
over to customers. The billing process will become automatic where amount is accurately
calculated. There will be no manual work and no calculations mistakes. Also, data will be stored
automatically.

For this he can install ERP software which will help in storing information of all stock
and raw materials. By this it will be easy to identify how much stock is left. Moreover, ERP will
support in taking decisions. Robert can rely on ERP system. It will provide information that how
much stock is left, which items are in excess, etc. Thus, weekly data can be obtained and
inventory is checked. So, there will be no work load on staff and timely information is obtained.

In this as well TPS can be used (Chang, 2016). The system will make receipts of all sales
