Introduction
Brisbane Multi-Faith Temple (BMT), a charitable organization based in Mount Cotton is
run by Sam Sharma, the chairman of the organization and a team of volunteers. The
temple grew famous, within the short time period the patronage for the temple also got
augmented. For this reason, the organization has decided to open subsidiaries and opened
additional temples in Gold Coast, Rocklea, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba. At first at
Mount Cotton, they had one admin staff, one small army of volunteers and one cleaner.
With the increase in a number of temples, the current employees also get increased, now
they have one accountant, one handyman, five cleaners, fifteen priests and twenty admin
staffs. A chairman, a public officer and a treasurer have been hired. They have decided to
adopt the IT services to integrate all the services and to facilitate communication among
the employees.
The main objective of the report is to provide the Information Technology (IT) solutions
to BMT so that they can adopt IT services to conduct their business activities in agile and
effective manner. As a consultant, it is the duty of the consultant to highlight the factors
associated with the successful configuration of IT services in their premises.
The report will showcase the view of various authors on these IT aspects. The main
motive of this annotated bibliography is to research the topic and provide solutions that
will guide to complete the second assignment.

company. It may happen the customer orders something and retrieve something else, also
it may happen the products delivery get delayed, even it may happen that the food they
receive is all spoiled. This can affect the relationship between the employees and the
