There are different types of tools and techniques which gives assistance in developing and
designing the IT solutions, form which some of them discussed below: -
( 1) MS office- The MS Office is basically constituted set of computer applications which has been
used in the business organisations in order to conduct the various business perspective. This is the
software which was established in the year 1990 by the Microsoft organisation. There are various
types of frameworks which have been useful for the business organisations in order to undertake
and contribute towards completing the task in an effective and efficient manner. There are various
aspects such as Microsoft Word, presentation, Excel in the software. The company is specialised in
offering the various types of documents in managing the software. The MS office is available in
more than the 35 languages and the software are verified by the Mac security. This is the tool which
is been used by the organisation as a software in order to conduct the various business organisations
in ineffective manner. There are various applications which can help in the grammatical check,
scripting languages for the business organisation. (Chege, S.M. and Wang, D., 2020)
( 2) McAfee- This is the organisation which was established in 1987 in the founder of the
corporation is John McAfee. This is considered as most essential part of the security division of the
Intel. It is known as a security brand which provides the various types of digital security solutions
for the various computers and devices for the business organisation. The digital security application
to wait security from the different types of boats, viruses, attacks and many more. This information
within the system is also helps the business organisations in the protection by the various other
software and the code and these applications also protect from the various types of threats,
spammers, hacking websites for the business organisation. The various McAfee systems include
filtering, standardise and antivirus.( Lorenzen, M., 2021)

In the different levels of the organization all this system software are used which give
assistance at the strategic level, operational level and many more. These types of system help the
business organization in taking the correct decision for the success of the business:
( 1) DSS (Decision Support System) - The decision support system is defined as a computerised
program which helps the business enterprises in taking an effective decision and select the specific
course of action within the workplace. In relation to the various business organisations this is the
system which support the various companies in effectively analysing the various data and compile
the comprehensive data which give assistance to the business in solving the various problems and
organisational issues. There are various aspects of the DSS which support to the Apple management
level as well as the middle level level of management in order to design their effective actions and
make an effective decision and producing the outcome on the basis of the present as a list past
data(Zhong, Y., Oh, S. and Moon, H.C., 2021)
( 2) ESS (Executive Support System) - this is the another technique with the tool which is used by
the business organisation known as executive support system which helps in transforming the
information of the data into the optimal assessable and executive level of reports. There are various
examples examples such as billing area, accounting department et cetera. This is a system which
only assist the business in getting the ability in order to make the quick decision which helps the
business organisation to carry out the productive aspect of the business information. The executive
support systems helps in analysing and can be used in order to evaluate the business performances.
Along with the support system the company is providing an effective outcomes and a statistical data

( 3) TPS (Transaction Processing System) - In the transaction processing system is the another
tool technique which is used by the business organisations that helps effectively in processing the
all the transactions which are included in the business organisation such as collecting, modify and
driving all the information of transaction in order to examine the performance of the business
enterprise. The reliability and consistency of the businesses in relation to the productivity has also
been accessed with the help of this software of the system. This support system allows the business
enterprises in order to enhance the transaction process and collect the significant data which can
help in assessing the overall positioning of the enterprise. In court text of this transaction processing
system the organisation is able to make the important decision and analyse the data in an effective
way(Fernandes, A.A.R., 2018)
( 4) MIS (Management Information System) - The management information system is a set of
system as well as the procedure which helps in gathering the various significant information for the
business organisation and collect for the transforming the data into the processed way. This is a
system which helps the business organisation in developing an effective report which gets the
support for the business organisation to develop and increase their productivity. The top level
management and the company can develop the effective strategies by this support system. The
companies are able to gain the competitive advantage I know the various aspects which can be
produced within the business organisation. They can also understand that how they can enhance the

( 5) KSM (Knowledge Management System) - The knowledge management system is a support
system which helps the business organisation in effectively storing and retrieving the knowledge
through the various data which helps in improving and understanding the collaboration of the
alignment and processes within the business enterprise. This is the system which makes the
business enterprises able to utilise and collect the data in an effective way and attain all the aims
and objectives in a productive manner. This can develop the suitable marketing strategies along
with affective plans and gain the ability of dealing with all the various issues in the real time. This is
the support system which helps in giving the answer of the all the questions in the real time which is
asked by the customers and help the organisations in improving the performance and productivity.

information across the globe. Globalisation helps the business enterprises not only in gaining the
competitive advantage but also their rivals and also assist them in increasing their ability to expand
the market and gain the attraction of the loyal customers. The concept of the globalisation helps the
business enterprises in expanding their marketplace and increase the share within the global level.
This helps the globalisation as the management of the respective company and make the product
and services available in all parts of the region in an effective and efficient ways. This not only
result in increase in the properly profitability for the business organisation but also helped in
increasing the market area and customer base.

 Expands market reach- The information technology helps the business organisation in
improving its ability in order to expand the market reach in the different areas in an effective

digital techniques and develop a different information system which will give them

international market. This also helps in improving the profitability of the company and
increase the productivity so that the organisation is able to produce the products and services
