learning. This is a platform which is specially design for educators so that they can create
effective online courses (Gamage, Ayres and Behrend, 2022). By using this platform, educators
can easily add assignments and also keep tracks on progress level of students. Not only this, the
major benefit of using this platform, is to motivate and inspire students so that they can achieve
success. by using this Moodle as a sword tool the educators can communicate with the students
and discussion successful. The best method relating to this is enrolment method which allows
students to be added to a particular course so that they can easily view and take participation in
that. Idealist curriculum theory is related to Moodle which can be followed and applied by
people. The reason behind using this theory is that Moodle believe students adopt new ideals
through open communication, proper engagement and open dialogue. Another theory is social
constructivism theory which needs to be taken into consideration while talking about Moodle.
The development of Moodle app has been organised in various stages such as discovery,
prioritisation, scheduling, shaping and implementation.

It is one of the most famous application which can be used by companies, any individuals
as it is especially designed to help with completing tasks on time and improve productivity by
using tool or gadgets like computers (Park and Kang, 2022). With the help of MS office, people
can easily edit their documents as create it by adding images and text in it. By using Ms office,
people can work with data in database and spreadsheets. Not only this they can easily create
posters for their office purpose or related to daily activities. There are types of ms office, smart
techniques relating to 2016 Ms office is real time co-authoring, power BI. Another theories and
methods includes PowerPoint, outlook, excel and access. It includes collection of purpose built
applications which is created to automate the manual office work.

By using this tool, the company can have best possible options available. The best example we
can take is GPS route planning and crop planning. By using this people can plan the fastest as
well as best routes between 2 points. By using this tool, people can easily able to monitor traffic
in real time. Another example from which one can get clear idea is ERP dashboards.

Talking about this IT solution, it is the most popular tool or you can say software that
allows people to transform enterprise data into quickly accessible reports which includes various
things such as accounting departments, staffing and billing (Sudarso, 2022). With the help of this
software executive in the company can easily able to enhance their decision making process. For

programmed. ESS is a banking industry such as Barclays used this tool for dealing with

able to modify and retrieves the data transaction so that activities can be run smoothly. For
example- companies are using this tool for payroll, manufacturing, records related to employees

Disadvantages- one of the biggest drawback of this cloud computing is data leakage. With the
increase in digital technology, there is also increasing trend seen in cyber-attacks. Fake ids are
created which has ruin many company reputations.

better business opportunities, better use of assets and resources. The operation management also
get more efficient with the increase in information technology and digital infrastructure like

Disadvantages- the major drawback of Iot is privacy and security. As we all know that
keeping data secure is one of the biggest challenge faced by companies. Nowadays, due to crime
and cyber-attacks, business is facing privacy issues. Another drawback is it requires more time
and money hence, it is known for higher costs.
