INTRODUCTION
Information system is defined as the network which is comprise of software and
hardware that is commonly access by the people and various business venture for data collecting,
distributing and filtering process data in an appropriate manner. Various components of IT
system is software, hardware, data, technology which plays significant role in developing the
certain aspects of the business. It is playing significant role and acting as the backbone of the
business enterprises by which they can operating ample of data in just single click
(Gallagher,and et. al., 2021). This PPT poster includes the concept of big data and its attributes
and also the certain challenges which is accumulated in bog data analytic. Lastly, It will analyse
the certain techniques in order to analyse the big data and how these technologies supporting the
business enterprises.
What big data is and the characteristics of big data
It is defined as the data which is complex in nature and having difficulty to process the
traditional methods. As per the survey, it was found that most of the business leads is having the
certain aspects who are not having nay overview or the insights of their business activities while
performing their job responsibilities. There are various challenges that are being faced by the
business due to storage system of the data and this is significant for having the accurate
information for the business enterprises.
Characteristics
 Variety: It is the aspects which is related to the type of data and now a day the data is
being unstructured, structured and semi-structured. The algorithm needed for process the
different types of data are being different and varied on its types. The big data is
structured that also includes the images, videos and text and certain types of unstructured
data that can not be easily found or to be framed in the spreadsheet.
 Volume: It is related to the amount of data that is being created in every single minute
and this amount of data is being created in the starting till the year of 2000. In common
areas, petabytes and terabytes are most commonly used in order to analyse the size of
data which is required to the processed for the further discussion. There new technologies
which is being used such as multi-tiered storage media so that the data is being collected
and analyse the storage of data securely (Singh and Singh, 2020).

 Velocity: It is the big data that means by which speed of the new data is being collected
and moves around in an organisation. It is related to the texts send by the individual and
people usually using social media and the other aspects that is having instant actions. For
instance, It is related to the use of credit card to have the payments which creates the data
in an appropriate manner so that they can have the use of credit cards to make payments
and also creates the data that is being processed.
 Veracity:It define the truthfulness of the data and related to the accuracy and the quality
of the data as the data is being collected from the different sources. As the data is being
gathered from the different means so it is necessary for the company to understand the
chain of custody and the context that when to collect the data. It is important to analyse
the meaningful results and concert them in the useful data for the business enterprises
(Balkin, 2017).
The challenges of big data analytics
There are certain challenges that are being faced by the business organisation during
dealing with the big data and these are given below:
 Issues in data growth: This is the major challenges for the which is being faced by the
companies while storing the data in huge quantity. Organisations are rapidly increasing
the in the data centres and database of the ventures. As there are data which is steadily
with time and this is the challenges for the venture in order to access it.
 Lack of knowledge professionals: In order to have the appropriate use of technologies
and the big data files. An organisation is required to the talented individual who are data
scientists and engineers that can effectively use the advance tools and make the use of
data. Am organisation are facing the challenges in order to have the professional for the
venture that are aware which includes the tools and it is not the easy approach of hiring
the talented people (Dey and et. al., 2019).
 Securing data: This the other challenges that is being faced by the company while
securing the huge set of knowledge. AS the professional are busy in the getting, storing
and analysing the data so that it get rightly stores and secured. It is the main consideration

of the business to have proper surveillances of their data. Here are hackers who can
misuse the data by staling them from the companies website by hacking them. The main
concern of the companies to collect the useful data which is being managed by them in
order to have higher command in their operations. This also eliminated the huge loose of
the companies.
 Confusion while selecting the big data: There are business ventures which are being
managed by the them in order to have the higher growth but this is the big confusion
while choosing the accurate tool for collecting the data and storing and analysing it.
There are certain tool which is being managed in the consideration of the business. It is
the main consideration of the business as it is the main approach of the market to have the
best tool of data collection so that useful data can be gathered for getting better results in
it (Aljawarneh and et. al., 2017).
The techniques that are currently available to analyse big data
There are given techniques which are available to analyse the big data that is given
below:
 Data fusion and data integration: It is related to the main consideration of the business
and combining the set of the certain techniques that are integrated data from the certain
techniques so that they can rightly understand the insights in an appropriate manner
which are more accurate to develop the single data source.
 A/B testing: It is the techniques which includes the control and comparing the group of
variety and if the group are of big size to understand the meaningful variations so this
would be easy for the company to understand the conversion rates for the business
(Majeed, Lv, and Peng, 2018).
 Data mining: It is the common toll which is use in data analytics and it also extracts the
different patterns from the large data set by joining the certain methods from the statics
with the help f database management. There are certain example of data mining in when
the clients is having the major consideration while segment the business in the large
market.

How Big Data technology could support business, an explanation with

This big data technology which could support the business enterprises in different aspects
that includes:
 Understanding the customers preferences:As the individual is dependent on the social
media and interest an they use the survey and collect the big data which helps making the
effective approach and also helps in understanding the preferences of the buyers. As more
people click the individual in their mobile phone which creates the big data.
 Making better ventures decisions: The big data offer the chances the business
enterprises to take better decisions. They also support the technology for analysing the
better operations in order to achieve the system and explore the department.
 Delivery the advance techniques:After analysing the choices of the customer so it is
significant for the ventures to deliver the advances services in an easy manner that also
includes the transnational data is being analysed where the customer may paying twice
for the products (Ryans, 2017) .
