Introduction
Information system refers to the set of integrated components include storing,
collecting the data which is use for knowledge, providing information in decision
making. It is help user to collecting, distributing, storing and organizing the data. It is
also help to manage resources in the business and improve resources. In other
words information system is the system which provide information and knowledge for
decision making by the integrated data. It is also called as collection of software and
hardware which help to people in developing and analysis the creating, and
gathering the useful data (Arshed, 2018). Information Technology solution refers to
the solving the issues and handle the challenging situations. It is a term of software
and services which are sold as a individual package. IT solutions helps to provides
many kinds of services which helps in guidance for customers, support them with
solutions.

or organizations. There are many IT solutions are designed and developed that
make business platform simple.
Moodle
Moodle is a online platform which helps in learning, and communicate with
students. It is also helps in student progress where its allow to create courses and
assignments online. Moodle stands for Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning
Environment which is used by teachers, and theorists in schools, college,
universities and other sector. It is also known as open source learning system

(Baleanu, and et.al., 2018). There are six phases for Moodle app's Design and
development of new features-
Discovery: This is the first phase for development of new features in Moodle
app which is helps to analysis the different types of stakeholders.
Prioritization: It is refers to the process of deciding the importance of things.
Prioritization helps in new release of moodle which include- technology,
compliance, LMS function, critical fault etc.
Schedule: It is helps in release five to six Moodle app's versions per year.
Shaping: This phase helps in draft of high level design solution and created
the technical specializations.
Implementation: In this phase developer or designer will finding the solution
and build it for shaping phase.
QA testing: In this step all selected new features, improvement have been
done implementation then Moodle app will be tested for complete review.
Release: Once QA testing phase is done then it is ready to release the new
version of moodle in google play.
Evaluation: This is the last phase where developer will collect the feedback
from its user.
MS OFFICE
MS office is the software which is formed by Microsoft. It is also called as
Microsoft office which is help in to create and edit the documents, working in
spreadsheets, create presentations and poster etc. MS office is the term of
applications which is helps in to complete assignments and tasks with productivity on
a computer (Barash, and et.al., 2019). It is helps in every sector and become
universal software which is used by mostly organizations and companies. This
software play a vital role in organization which include cost management , financial
management etc. MS office presents many apps including MS PowerPoint, MS
Excel, word, outlook etc.

DSS (Decision Support System)
DSS is refers to the computerized program which is helps the organizations
by support the actions, determinations, judgment. Decision making system helps to
analysis the data of massive amount and provide information which is helps in to
solve the issue and problems in decision making. Some of different categories of
DSS which include data driven, knowledge driven, model driven, document driven
DSS etc. this software system helps managers in decision making by provide large
volume information. Human also use this software for solving their problem by right
decision (Higgins, Patel, and Toledo, 2019). This system collects and analyzes data
to obtain detailed information. It is very important for analysis the data. For an
example planning for GPS route.
ESS (Executive Support System)
ESS is the term of management system which is help to support the upper
level managers to collect the information and needs for decision making. It is
provides internal and external information which is help in organization goals. It is
also helps users to change the report data into administrative level. ESS helps the
organization in improvement of decision making process. For example, ESS support
Cambridge system for investing the planning process for transportation ministry. It is
also helps in analysis the data and forecasting it with future, which is salvage valued
time identifying critical data. ESS software developing to improvement of the
personal efficiency, competitive advantage, effective organizational control, etc
(Kang, and et.al., 2019).
TPS (Transaction Processing System)
This is refers to the term of information system which is help to analysis the
data transaction by collecting, storing, modification etc. In other word, it is the
System which is analysis for transactions of business which include publication,
recovery, and alteration. It is the system that is helps to decrease the period in
transaction process. This transaction system consist the hardware and software of
computer for analysis the transaction applications. In this system there is no delay,
because it is the fastest processing system therefore the result is easily

approachable. This system also helps in solving and declining the mistakes which is
caused by the system management. For examples of TPS are records keeping of
employee, payroll, order entry, shipping, etc.
MIS (Management Information System)
MIS also known as management information system, is a information system
which is used in decision making for an organization. It is also helps to analysis,
controlling coordinating the information in business. It may be define as the study of
the people in organizations, technologies. MIS system is the collection of inputs,
output, process, control, feedback. In other words MIS refer to the system which help
to process the data for provide information in organization. It is the backbone of
industry's operations. MIS helps in gather the data and reports from online sources
for decision making. There are the six types of MIS software which include
transaction process, decision support, executive information, sales and marketing
system, human resource, and inventory control. For example of MIS include payroll,
order processing for an online business.
KSM (Knowledge Management System)
KSM also known as knowledge Management system is a term of IT system
which is help to store and knowledge to develop the understanding, alignment
process. It is also define as the process of sharing, controlling, collecting the
knowledge of data in a industry. It is a document format which helps customers to
collecting the information of internal and external sector. It is the system which is
helps to get the information in a time (Ladame, and Chang, 2019). Knowledge
management system is important for every organization to getting the knowledge
and development of data records. It is also maintain the information of the company
within a industry and place it where it is easy to placed.

system is important for any organization because its is helps in get into the urban
market and can achieve the organizations goals. There are some issues of IT in
globalization which is the affect for the globalization. The some major issue are as
follow-
Globalization can impact by IT because of many countries are providing digital
good & services, so there can be network issues which is the part of IT, the
digital services are failed causes of IT, which is the various impact on
globalization. This effect of IT needs more communications which is helps in
providing goods and services in different countries. For an example,
Sainsburys is a British company which is also deals with other countries, the
company goods and services best turnover in United State. Where the
demand of product and services is high but due to lack number of
technologies they are unable to contact with company, which is the highly
impact on Sainsburys. Government of US are able to use the IT solution for
order the goods, products and services from Sainsburys because of high
demand by customers. (Lobyshev, 2019).
Globalization can effects IT by direct and indirect influence. People
communicate with each other which is in other nation by telephone and video
calls, But sometimes networks are nit working properly and it takes too long
time to connect with peoples and they are able to get the information.

the information, capabilities of an organization, city or nation. it is also help to
develop the consumer experience, business growth, determine the future resources
etc. it is a structure of technologies which includes storage, networks, LaaS, SaaS,
and PaaS platforms. For today's generation it is very important for an organization,
city, nation or region. For example internet, telecommunication, satellite, networks,
system, etc. some advantages and disadvantages of digital infrastructure which are
as follow-
Advantages
Its helps to connect with peoples who are in another cities or nation and also
promote trade and create the income opportunities.
It is also help in promotion of the product and services of the organizations
and helps to develop the productivity and sustainability in the organization,
which is important for brand awareness (Nordness, and Brennecke, 2020).

employee, cost reduction, leaking the strategic information,dependent on vendors,
risk of control etc, which is define that there are many kinds of risks which is
associated with outsourcing information systems (Ren, Lin, and Lou, 2020).
organizations needs to ensure that these risk can may disadvantages for the
company. Some of the risk are mention below-
As per research it is analysis that outsourcing of information system not
beneficial for everyone because its provide company's information which is
risk for the company policy.
There are various number of inexperienced employees which can be a high
risk for the organizations to archive the goals by hiring the inexperienced
employees.
Organization loss their control over the direction of technology which is also
the risk for an company, it is also create by outsourcing of information system.
It is the difficulty for an organization to analysis and understand the risk of loss
of control.
By outsourcing of information system strategic information of company can be
leaked out which also the risk for an organization. For an example, strategies
and data information are analysis by the company for the future growth but
due to leaking the strategies of a company by outsources of IT increase the
high chance of risk (Short, and et.al., 2018). these risk may can impact the
company in earnings.
Cost reduction is also the risks which is related with information systems
