Introduction
In the year 2000, health and wellness organization named as Latureae was established,
that focus on bringing wellness to large number of people. At the beginning of new millennium,
the organization aims to provide much bright future in wellness (Nucciarelli et al., 2017). There
is a national manufacturing distribution and advisory firm that has a strong culture for both
education and engagement of customers. This particular organization aims to provide services to
the wellness to large number of Australians. The organization aims to develop huge number of
products and services by which they can deliver a natural approach to health (Wang, Persson &
Huemer, 2016). It is completely based on depth search in minerals, nutrient, and minerals.
In the coming pages of the report, an idea has been provided with respect to primary and
secondary activities in the business model of Latureae. After that, an identification has been done
with respect to both primary and secondary activities. The next section describes the sub-
activities which can create value. All the links are identified that establish relationship between

Identification of Primary and Secondary activities

organization (Bashir & Verma, 2017). The main function of value chain analysis is all about

activities in Porter Value Chain Model like primary and supporting activities.

advantage. The added value will also create high amount of profit for any organization. Porter
Value chain focus on certain number of systems and activities with customers which is a part of
central principle (Fjeldstad & Snow, 2018). It mainly focuses on department and accounting
expenses. The main objective of the organization is to become the global leader by the help of
innovation and development of product. It can maintain the skill level to grow with the help of
mentoring and training. It also helps to contributing to the overall suitable development for
health and welfare communities (Visnjic et al., 2017). This particular healthcare organization can
maintain the overall competitive edge by improving the overall market share.

Inbound logistics: It highlights the important material needed for getting input by adding
value to the process (Kazan, Tan & Lim, 2015). It also highlights the activities that are needed by
organization for receiving raw material like input and storage of healthcare products.
Operations: It refers to the manufacturing process which is needed for transforming the
raw materials in the given products.
Outbound logistics: It is all about distribution of product into ultimate product at the
point of sale (Sidorchuk, 2015). It is mainly inclusive of large number of activities which is
needed for collecting, storing and distribution of products.

create value for inbound logistics, marketing, and sales. It is mainly done for providing the
support to large number of other activities. Latureae aims to generate 15% overall revenue in
growth and proper earning is approached. The organization can reduce the overall turnover of the
employees around 25% by the help of new assistance program for employees. The organization
aims to increase volume of online sale by 15 percent in the upcoming 12 months (Wang, Persson
