serving their manufacturing from the year 2000. The proper manufacturing with perfect
distribution is the key factor of their business. Customer engagement has been appropriately
done with the help of established management to complete this business adequately
(Watson,2014). They provide various products like the herbal, vitamins, nutrients and
mineral. The report will address the critical evaluation of the company’s corporate
environment concerning the information system. The Agile methodology study has been used
to make the report more clear. Customer satisfaction should be maintained with the help of
agile principles. In the report, the primary and the supportive modification and the principles
of the agile method will be explained to make their business more valuable. Also, client
satisfaction improvement will be made through this report (Laumer et al.,2016).
Primary key and Supportive key
Several primary key activities are needed to make the situation better with the help of
proper methodology. It can be stated that good service will help to spread the business. Also,
customer satisfaction will help to continue the business growth suitably. The first key that has
to be mentioned to analyse is inbound logistics. The internal distribution of the raw material
should be managed through the inbound logistic key. The final goods and services should be
managed through this process. The total internal sorting, distributing, and the receiving
function should be maintained by this process (Bitton et al., 2017). The sustainability of the
raw material will be achieved through this procedure. Approximately two thousands of
suppliers should be accomplished for the whole business. So it can be stated that the very
authorised and trustable suppliers are paring with them, which may cause the customer trust
towards them. Production: The production procedure should be maintained appropriately to

make the situation better (Bayona,2017). The conversion of the raw material to the ready
health care product is lengthy and challenging. That is why it should be preserved with the
proper measurement. The entire operation should be divided into the sub-activities, which
will help to complete the procedure of the production. Outbound Logistics: One of the main
key activity is maintaining outbound logistics. Latureae Company always tries to track the
product, from manufacturing to the delivery. The proper transport facility will help to make
the customer happy. They always try to preserve the product with a healthy temperature. Also
the storage will be properly sustained. The majority of the product will be delivered to the
professional health suppliers and health care specialist. Marketing and Sales: The relationship
with the clients and the e-commerce platform usability are the main factor that has been used
by them. In a few years, they have served a bulk amount of happy customer to make their
business profitable. Service and Supportive activities: The main service with the proper
requirement of the customer and the supportive activities like packaging, feedback taking and
employee satisfaction has been managed to get the business done. Firm Infrastructure: The
firm infrastructure will always help to provide good quality product and packaging. In the
other hand, the healthy infrastructure will decrease the effort. Also, productivity will increase
with following these steps. Technological Development: Various IT software is used to make
the system better, which will help to calculate the product completion and financial support.
Also, the product making and delivery calculation can be done through the software. Human
resource management: The HR should always recruit healthy and hardworking people for the
company and Latureae Company is not exceptional with this matter. Also, a trustable
employee will get a better advantage in this company. Thus the interest of their dedication
will grow day by day. Procurement: The raw material of various suppliers will be arranged
adequately, and the entire inventory system should be managed suitably.

Both of them have a simple link to conduct the situation in a better way. Suppose the human
resource and the effective smart employees are connected with the primary key (Pearlson and
Saunders,2019). But the delivery of the product is included in the supportive key. But the
delivery will be done with the help of the effective employer. That is how both of them
connected to each other. Also, the management of the organisation should have deep
monitoring process to the employee who should address the activity adequately for making
the situation better. So the inner meaning of the process is to make the organisation more
simple and connected to each other for making the situation better day by day (Stair and
Reynolds,2013).

strategy. They can give and take information about the worldwide business situation. That is
how the marked amount of task should be maintained appropriately to make the business

through their knowledge. The partners and the investors are the key points who will try to
invest more and more if the business is going well. As per the track record, there is a huge
scope of investment for the Latureae Company (Willcocks, 2013). That is how the new
investor may be interested in their investment. In the other hand, there is a huge scope of the
suppliers who will supply the raw material and the ready product to the customers. There is a
huge scope where the activities should be measured through the suppliers. The Latureae has
made such kind of products which will be demanded by the decades. That is why there will
be a less chance of loss (Sharan et al.,2017). The communication process and the map they
used are extremely large; that is how the knowledge about the product will be easily available
for the organisation. Consulting with them will help to progress the task in such a way that
the task should be managed appropriately. In the other hand, the planning procedure of them
is unique; they have the ability of different thinking capability, which will always be needed
to explore the business. Also, they have a good capability of making relationships with
others, that is how they can collect various information. The capability of managing the risk
is huge for them; that is why it can be stated that taking help with the stakeholder will help to
proceed with the task appropriately to make the situation better. They always try to do their
best and took a huge responsibility to make the assignment better. That is why their
contribution is huge for the business (Zhang, Williams and Polychronakis,2012).

The company should maintain customer feedback through the online website, also
monitoring the process is needed.
New marketing strategy with store expansion and advertisement will increase the
demand heavily.
Some less improved area should be included in the business, which is how the product
demand will increase.
Agile Principals
There are some agile principals points are needed to be included to make the business
better:
 The first principle has been stated that customer satisfaction, that can be managed
with early delivery. No doubt the order will be placed against a target amount of
time, now if the delivery will be situated early or within the time; then all of the
customers will be very pleased. That is how the customer will stick to the company
for the product (Alaa and Fitzgerald,2013).
 It can be stated that changes should be done in future or present for the new business
strategies. That is why the new change must be adopted. That is how the task
completion will be done appropriately to make the organisation better. After the agile
participation, there will be various changes which are needed to be modified to make
the situation better (Dingsøyr and Moe,2014).
 The soft wares used for task modification is needed to be delivered in time. The
shorter time scale is needed to adjust to this situation. It will also help to save the time
of overall process time.

individuals. That is how the management and the employee trust will grow every day;
which is essential for every company.
 It has been already said that in the organisation, there will be a huge gap between the
employee and higher management. That is how the problem may arise. It can be
concluded that the face to face conversation between all employees will help to
manage the task appropriately. Also, the improvement of the company will be situated
in helping the conversation appropriately (Ansoff et al.,2018).
 Applied software is the main process which will help to address the task
appropriately. This software will do the measurement of the task. It will be modified
as per the requirement. So the software can develop the business adequately (Hill,

created a huge benchmark in the business.
 Keeping the work simple is one of the main keys to success. It can be concluded if the
modification of the process will be done appropriately as per the Agile, then material
collecting, developing and delivering process should be as simple as that (Moutinho
and Vargas-Sanchez,2018).The technical support is hugely needed to make the
situation better. It can be stated that attention to the technical field will help to make
the design better for the organisation.

company better. That is why regular participation of them is needed(Hitt and Duane
Ireland,2017).

After the research, it has been concluded that the Latureae has made a huge
benchmark in the business industry. Also, it has a huge scope to modify their business day by
day. That is how the modification should be done by communicating with the customer and
the employee. Both of them are very much essential for the situation. There are several
scopes that the business should be modified to make the situation better day by day. That is
why the futuristic recommendation and the involvement of the stake-holder are required. The
process of offering value should be added to make the business more flawless.
. There is a huge chance of making the business more profitable. The primary and secondary
support should be included to make the situation better. There is a huge change where the
development can be done concerning the research analysis. It can be found that Latureae
primary support will help to complete the activities adequately. The assistance of the agile
method will make the relationship better between the customer and employee day by day.
