students and scholars all across the world. Free ebooks and journals are available for the students
and college professors to study. However often there are ethical issues that are being cases such
stealing of academic rights of thee documents that are available online. Illegal reselling of these
resources is also another threat. One such online library is the Elviser press. There are other
ethical issues such as leak of personal information over the internet such as pictures and other
information, which are easily accessible to everyone. Ethical issues are also seen in organizations
when there is an implementation of new technologies or upgrades of the existing information
systems. The following paragraph will discuss those ethical issues as well as the standard ethical
code of conducts.

rationalism, rigorism, absolutism, universality ,autonomy, freedom and dignity as well as realm
of ends (Macfarlane, Zhang and Pun 2014). People are free to upload their personal information
on the internet as per their requirements. However, in no way it ever means that the hackers have
to hack and misuse such information.
Professional Codes of Ethics:
Organizational ethical issues are also seen among the employees in different ways such
as employee vandalism, intentional corruption of important data within the organizations by the
employees especially when newer codes or technologies are implemented or existing systems are
upgraded within the work operations. Employees often take advantage of such situations for their
own benefits. Some of the professional code of ethics are explained below:
- Integrity: The employees must always maintain their integrity while making any
business decisions.
