■ Analogue Computer- This employs analogue data and simplifies the storage of data in a
continuum order, i.e. it uses measurable quantity like voltage or mechanical quantity. For e.g.
Torpedo data computer etc.
■ Digital Computer- This type performs the operations with logic and computations. For e.g.
MacBook etc.
■ Hybrid Computer- It is formed by the combination of both analogue and digital computers. For
e.g. ASUS Transformer pad is formed by combining the portability feature of tablet with using the
notebook's productivity.

■ Supercomputer- These are advanced computers which are used for complex numeracy and
