Digital Divide:
Before discussing the limitations and the governance it is essential to mention that the
Digital Divide is a split in which two social categories has been divided. These two division
referrers to the one have the access to internet and another one who does not hold the
capabilities to access the internet (Chetty et al., 2018).
Importance of ICT:
Considering the industrial growth it can be stated that there is a significance of digital
world as due to this several organizational benefits can be accounted which includes the
utilization of Cyberspace, saving cost as well as time for any sort of transaction. While
discussing about the cyberspace it has been observed that the application of cloud computing
in the organizational infrastructure has effectively enhanced the services of the organization,
which is cost effective as well (Hargittai & Micheli 2019). Considering the e-governance
using the application of cloud computing it has been noticed that it holds a significant impact
on the integrating the organizational as well as other works into an automated process, which
will manage security and accessibility of all the information. Hence, it can be stated that
incorporation of cloud computing will offer effective data management process (Dash & Pani
2016).
Followed by the above discussion it can be stated that the internet disabled countries
does not hold enough capabilities to manage, process and secure the citizens data as well as
the organizational data, where as in the internet enabled countries it holds significant
capabilities which speed ups the processes as well as it is cost effective than the conventional
processes.
