Information and data safeguarding- The main motive of information technology is to
keep the information safe without any kind of settlement. information technology ensure
the domain that the information is safeguarded from the loss, misuse, destruction or from
any kind of business modification. The information technology guide the managers to
understand the privacy laws for example, the information must not be corrupted,
compromise or lost (Alhooti and Anto., 2020).
Problem troubleshoot- IT helps in solving the problem digitally. This technology can be
used for various things such as PC processes, repairing digital model or many other
things. When an organisation face some issue, a systematic or logical search from the
various sources is conducted to correct the issues as well as ensure that the product is
recovered completely. Information technology professional helps the employee who
forgot to unlock the computer, who are unable to access a particular drive or those who
forget their passwords. For this, the information technology is just a single call away
from resolving the issues or problem (Zalisham and Jali., 2021).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussed project report, it has been concluded that the information
technology is crucial to business organisation growth or for success. It is because it affect the
organisation in various ways or used for organisation in variety of ways. It has been concluded
that from the discussed project that the information technology helps the business in achieving
the better control as well as management of their resources. This project report analysing that
there are various software which implementation in the organisation can help in increasing the
productivity. The examples of the software's are CRM software, payroll software or many other
software's tools are available in the marketplace. Along with that, the project report concluded
the various types of ethical and social issues which make a great impact on the economy of the
organisation. In addition to this, the project report outlined the impact of internet or intranet on
business organisation. In last section of report, it is concluded the role of information technology
such as managing the business activities or safeguarded the confidential information of the
organisation.
