about the availability of product in the marketplace. It provide security to the confidential data of
the company. If proper technology is not being used in the company then it will affect working
and it may lead to disruption in Tesco.
Czaja, 2016. stated that it is necessary to adopt information technology in the company
as enhances quality of the product and also helps in boosting productivity for the future. Earlier,
all the work in the companies is done manually by using pen and paper that consumes more time
but information technology facilitates easy working without wasting much time in a particular
work. This will make every thing efficient and reliable through which accuracy will increase in
Tesco. In addition to all these cloud computing networking is the another platform that will help
in facilitating efficient work in the company. Through information technology it will be possible

software that includes google calendar, Kanban boards etc. Therefore, information technology
plays an important role for Tesco as well as in other business.

As per the view of Drosos and et. al., 2017 cybercrime is the biggest issues that will come
into existence mainly in IT companies. This will have a greater impact on the operations of the
business. As in Tesco if any employee steals confidential data from the company and use it for
another purpose that will affect the operations of the company. It is unethical practice that is
being done by some people of the company. This will lead to affect their operations and sales.
Another issue is related to the copyright as many people are using copyright information by their
own name that will affect the business operation of Tesco. It is an unethical way to use someone

company outside the premises. This will affect the overall working and this may lead to
disruption in the company. It is important to secure data of the company that will help in saving
the data and may help in securing it for future use in the company. Some social issues that will
affect the business are related to the culture as different employee are coming from different
culture so it will create an issue sometimes in Tesco. They will follow their own rules and that
will create conflict between them. Declining in the data storage is also an ethical issue through
which company's operation will affect. Advancement in the data analysis techniques will also an

ethical concern as its difficult to adopt the new technological changes in the business easily it
will take time in gathering information and then analysis is being done.
According to the Hajli and Lin, 2016 there is click per pay strategy that is being used by
many companies as you click you on the advertisement that will be showing on the websites and
through this company will get money. This is also an unethical issue that will have greater
impact on other business operations. Tesco is dealing in retail sector and there are so many
competitors of it that can do illegal work through their websites. These issues will affect
operations as well as proper working in the company.
Different types of networking technologies
Lunnay and et. al., 2015 stated that there are several networks such as personal area
network(PAN), Local Area Network (LAN) and Wireless Local Area Network(WLAN).
Personal Area Network is the smallest that will remain up yo one person only such as using
mobile phones, tablets that will be operated by its owner. These type of networks are mainly
found in offices. Another is the Local Area Network that is used in a short distance in a computer
and it is easy to access this network. In this group of computers are connected through each other
and provided services to the nearby places.
According to the Coeckelbergh and et. al., Wireless Local Area Network is another type
that provides its services through Wi-Fi. It is providing services into its covering network. In
this physical devices are required to provide services to the people. Campus Area Network is
also one type of technology that provide its services into small network that will be enable to
provide wireless network to the people. It is not depended on the physical networks. Another
technology is Metropolitan Area Network that covers larger part in the particular area where it
serves its service. These are smaller than WAN but larger than LAN.
As per the view Khorov and et. al., 2015. System area Network will aim in providing
high speed connection to the people and providing benefit to the people. As compared to other
technology networking this is providing at very high speed that will facilitate easy working in the
company. Storage Area Network will help in connecting more people as compared to other area
networking that will be beneficial for the company. As it is necessary to adopt different
networking technologies that will be helpful for the companies. These networking technologies

Similarly, MAN is larger than the LAN but covering lesser part as compared to WAN. All these
networks are different from each other but having different aspect in life that will be beneficial
for the future course of action. Virtual Private Network is also an important part that will lead to
bring in more opportunities for the company to grow in the future. These technologies help in
