INTRODUCTION
The current study is based upon innovation and it also help to generate understanding
about the new innovation. As per the digitalized era, every company uses Robotics and Artificial
Intelligence (AI) that will help to cope up many issues and improve the operations of a business.
Thus, report will describe one business problem which has already been solved using this
advance technique. Further, study will critically evaluate three solutions and comparing and
contrasting each one of them. Then, report will argue why innovation is intrinsically linked with
business success.
Describing one business problem solve using Robotics
AI assist to solve the business problem of Human Resource management such that it
helps recruiters and HR department in order to save time and increase efficiency. Such that
earlier HR managers who do not use automation for task such that payroll and applicant tracking,
training, job posting, as a result, they lose an average of 14 hours a week in order to complete the
task manually (Angrave and et.al., 2016). Therefore, this will assist to solve the problem of HR
for recruitment so that it will help to minimize the issue that cause negative impact upon the
working place.
In order to solve the issue, there are three solutions available for the company, these are:
Company uses AI for recruitment marketing so that HR of the top company will easily
link to the job boards to the Google for Jobs ecosystem. This application assist the
company to attract range of new suitable candidate for the vacant job position without
consuming huge time. For example, Jobiak’s also uses this platform to get new
employees for the company (Ahammad, Glaister and Gomes, 2020).
AI powered as eSkill Recruitment screening tool which analyze that the era of resume is
now over such that traditional resume is not consider as an indicator of success for many
roles. That is why, this is introduce in order to make data driven hiring decision and it is
working on the software that helps to determine whether the candidate is applicable for
the vacant position or not.

Helena as an AI centered recruitment assistant which function as a virtual headhunter
and machine learning to identify the best possible employee- employer intersections. This
will help to direct interact with the employees in order to generate the best result, such
that 67% of the conversation is done with company and remaining is done by Helena’s
hand. Through this, most of the qualified and smart candidate will easily recruit in order
to generate best result.
As per the 4 P’s model of Innovation space generated by Tidd and Bessant the tool help to
explore the possible enhancement in each area such that:
Paradigm: Using AI for solving the problem of recruitment by HR will help to generate
the best outcomes for the company. Therefore, the incremental under this stage is such that it will
help to solve the issue of HR of the company’s and they recruit best employee for the company
without investing enough time (Yuand and et.al., 2020). Hence, using the best eSkill screening
tool, HR of a company start making decision at different angles and this in turn leads to shifted
their paradigm accordingly.
Product: In this, HR focus to implement new digital technology for the companies so
that they do not waste their time for manual work, this in turn leads to solve the problem of task
distribution. Through this, the also analyze the performance level of the company’s employees
and then determine their extra need. Also, most of the top companies especially IT firm uses this
technique in order to save time and get best employee for the company without compromising

process of using AI is so simple. Such that they help HR to hire the best employee and as a
result, they also improve the overall business operations without considering other thing like
quality, salary. By recruiting the best employee will help to minimize the error and also meet the

Position: Earlier HR perform the work manually and now position themselves at top by
using advance technologies. This is possible by investing into AI and Robotics will help to
improve the business performance and operations. Such that when company start using AI then

strength and impact. In accordance with it, using this AI advance technology within a system
will help to recruit the employees and as a result, it helps to creates positive impact upon the
company performance like, it is cost effective method and that is why, HR of the firm will focus
upon other work. Moreover, in every company HR plays an important role which in turn assist to
meet the define goal and objectives, that is why, by collaborating this, company also comply

Therefore, it is analyzed that using AI for recruitment purpose will help to reduce the repetitive

efficiency of different activity in better way. This can be done in the organization by making
different group in HR department and specifying all the activity which they have to perform in
the organization and interlinking all the activity of the company with the help of different AI
technology. This can be done in the organization in a way that few members of the department
will be asked to check the attendance of employee. Few employees will be asked to check the
pay of the employee and few will be asked to build the different pay slip of the company. All the
different team in the organization will be taking the help of different AI technology to link the
different task which has been performed by all the small team in the organization. This will
eventually mean that all the task of the company. The technology which I am looking to consider
will be the invention of the nation. This Technology will be the AI robotics who will be
collecting the different data with the employee and will go to the different team member who has
provided the AI technology a task to be performed in the organization. This eventually means
that different operation of the business will be reduced in the organization as collecting different
data and checking the measuring of different data will be done by the AI technology for an
organization (Haneda and Ito, 2018). This will eventually help the company in reducing the
number of the employee or human power in the organization. This will bring the variety of the
benefit for the organization. AI Robotic will be functioned in a way that they used to analysis the
data by their own in the organization, also provide the clear comparison between the different
data. On the basis of the same thing management of the company will be making variety of
different decision in the organization. As it has been identified that efficiency of the business will
be enhanced in the organization as AI technology can perform the different activity for larger

After that the reports conclude that there are three different ways through which different issue
of the same can be overcome in the organization. After that the report concludes the comparison
and contrasting evaluation of three type of solution which has been find out in the organization.
After that the report concludes that innovation is one of the best way through which different
organization is able to achieve different success in the organization. In the end report conclude
the creative idea through which these can be overcome in an organization.
