organisation brings changes within their product or
services which they distribute in market. It is necessary for
any of the entity to bring changes on regulator interval

whenever they bring changes, those changes must be done
as per the requirement of customers so that they can be
attracted towards the products in easiest manner

Apple Inc. is a multinational company
which deals in different part of the world for
attaining their goals. It was founded in the
year 1976 on 1st April where its headquarter
is located in Cupertino, California, United
States. The founders of a company were
Steve Jobs Steve Wozniak, Ronald Wayne
whereas its current CEO is Tim Cook.

Importance of Personal Innovation Skills
Innovation Skills are considered as the most important thing in current
scenario because it certainly allows the organisation to accomplish their goals. It is
necessary to understand that any of the person or organisation can attain success only
in that respective situation where they hold innovation skills. This skill is required
because it makes person different from other which is the most crucial thing for
sustaining within the market. In any of the company, value or importance is given to
only those candidates who can add value to the organisation and if they don’t add
value to it then it is not sure that goals will be accomplished. Even chances of working

company to understand that what are the main reason due to which they are facing problem
within their innovation program. Here, company like Apple must try to focus that how they
can hire those employees who are full of confidence and even able to contribute towards the
organisation. Secondly, it is necessary for company to improve their R&D team which can
suggest that how an organisation can work effectively so that problem will not occur within
the organisation and through which problem of failures percentage can be resolved.

CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it is said that organisation must
focus towards innovation process because it is one of the way
through which they can make their customers connected with
organisation. Only those company can sustain within the market
which are able to bring innovation within their products and
