started to sell a healthy milkshake for two years. It developed rapidly in these years due to
distribution capacity and innovative formula, but as company is entering into its third year of
trading, there has been a decline in sales due to the increased number of competitors in market.
Therefore, the founder of company had decided to introduce some new innovative drinks to
compete in the market.
