Report on Innovation Theories, Company Analysis, and Examples

Reflection-
My revisions improve original submission by addressing original feedbacks. I have
received feedback related to my work, which made me able to make essential changes and add
certain points which I have lacked. For example, I have received feedback in which I need to
evaluate chosen innovation theories and ideas and link with company as well as support by
different mix of references. In context of this, I have gathered more information about innovation
concepts that made me capable to evaluate these in the appropriate manner. I have used varied
sources to collect key data about overall concepts.
Along with above, I have also received the comment related to lack of examples of
organization using chosen theory. In regard to this specific comment from tutor side, I have
taken initiatives to use varied examples of chosen companies, by utilizing the theory that is
Diffusion of innovation.
Furthermore, I had received comment which indicate lacks of depth and clarity for single
theory, in my report. So I decide to make it clear my mentioning important points and
highlighting the key information which define clarify in context of Diffusion of innovation and
blue ocean theories.
By considering all the feedbacks I get change to revise my work and make it much better
than earlier, as I had addressed each feedback or comment. I had used references where it needs
and also improve the link up between theories and organizations, which has used these concepts
to get more success. I had improved my understanding related to innovation theories that is
important to make each point clear and achieve single comment. Without comprehending both
theories, I am not been able to complete and fulfil the comments. Because of this reason, I had
used many sources and taken more information from reliable ones.
