creativity and in which it is important for individual and also for an organization and also the

Creativity and innovation leads to the success of an organization it is important for the
entrepreneurship and career aspirations and it can be explored more in a broad ways. If there
is the pattern of creativity and innovation in an organization it is leading to success.

need to see things in a different outlook or ways. We need to generate new ideas and

view things in a unique way and it does not exist by a change but through the elementary
classification of thinking like plasticity, sufferance of equivocation or irregular and also the
enjoyment of things. Innovation is defined as the process of turning chance into a new design
and putting these into widely used practices. The activities of management is involved in the
process of idea generation, technology growth, manufacturing and marketing of a new
products and services. Innovation is considered as a weapon for entrepreneurs through which

innovation is the execution of something new.
Creativity is imaginative and innovation is fruitful introducing something new.
