Introduction
Artificial intelligence or machine intelligence is the simulation of human like brains
and thinking in the machines. This report aims at developing a business proposition with an
idea of developing an AI software with customised personality and design as per its users.
The project discusses about the various technologies that need to be integrated in order to
develop the AI model and discusses about the growth of AI over the years. The idea of the
project is to create a roadmap for the development of the AI software and commercialising
the same for its success and growth.
Discussion
Original Idea & Business Proposition
Developing a Roadmap allows businesses discovering, analysing and prioritising the
investments in delivering their business value. It is more like planning and executing instead
of just trying and failing. The idea is to develop a product with Artificial Intelligence
technology or Machine intelligence in order to step ahead of the competition. The Value
proposition of the AI is to promise the business a new insights, predictions and analysis to
target the customers and future expansions. It is currently used in automating various
resources and manpower required in a project. However, the idea is to use the intelligent
programs attract cost benefits and forecast the completion of any future proposal within the
time and the budget.

Technologies
Artificial Intelligence is continuously growing and has become strategically important
for the businesses to sustain in the race of technological development. Artificial Intelligence
requires a combination of various other technologies. To build an AI software the businesses
must know basic to advance programming languages such as C++, Java, Lisp, Python and
many more. Programming languages are used in creating the codes for the AI applications
and is the most important factor in AI development. There are various advanced platforms
that are used by the developers in AI software development. The most common platforms are
Api.ai created in associations with Google Inc, Wit.ai is another mechanism used for
transforming the user voice into texts. AI requires the ability to recognise the spoken
languages and analyse them in order to transform into data so that the output can be
generated. This requires a speech recognition software, which are increasingly being installed
in machines and mobile hardware now a days.

History
Scientists and researchers came up with the term Artificial intelligence in 1880’s and
since then various revolutions have been made in this field. During the summers in 1956 at
the Dartmouth College’ campus AI was founded. It was then predicted that a machine as
intelligent as human beings will be developed by the next generation and millions of dollars
have been invested in order to make the vision come true. Starting from computers in the year
1974 to the present condition of AI where it is used to collect and analyse a large pool of
information which would have otherwise be difficult and much more time consuming. The
future generation aims at developing an AI technologies that are smarter than human beings
and can make better decisions.

Technology being evolving day by day, AI has reached new heights and continues to
grow at an annual rate of 12.9%. Artificial Intelligence is being widely used by the marketing
and advertising departments in creating customizable campaigns and helps in creating
programmed advertisements.

the market from handling big data to speech translations and facial recognition features.

highest growth in the Asia Pacific regions.

Roadmap for AI
An AI roadmap consists of examined and evaluated AI opportunities that are
prioritised to achieve strategic long-term and short-term goals. Building an AI roadmap
would help businesses in prioritizing and analysing AI investment opportunities and
eliminate the chances of trying and failing.

A roadmap starts with an intense market research and finding what the future
generation demands followed by a well analysed business plan, which would help in
determining the activities to be taken care of and analysing the various costs assigned to these
activities. This would led to a creation of the business aimed.
Developing an AI roadmap requires the adoption of the four pillars, which are
strategies, data and technology, people and organisation and governance. The aim is to
develop an AI software with a personalised name and personality of one’s choice, which
would help an individual to have a friend of his choice. The idea is to remove loneliness and
provide human like support to each individual.
Next step is to develop a plan for creation of such software, which requires integration
of various other technologies such as speech recognition software, human like brain and
thinking. To start with it requires choosing a platform and develop a design, which requires
highly skilled programmers and advanced technologies. As the idea aims at developing a
design with personalised style, cadence and personality, it would require installation of all

possible personalities in the system in order to satisfy a larger pool of customers and
maximise the demand and sales of the product.
Lastly, the plan requires prioritizing the plans on the basis of impact of the project,
efforts put in and the risks involved. Once the priority is determined, cost is assigned to each
prioritised activity. The main cost of this innovation would be on research and development
activities, which requires developing well-structured and programmed product design. Next,
commercialisation would contribute to the success of the product. A good marketing and
advertising techniques would be enough to make the consumers aware of the innovation and
its features.
Factors that would lead to success
All businesses aspire to develop an AI model for better analysis of data, reducing costs
and to maximise the productivity of the business. There are various factors that can led to the
success of the AI model. Some of the major factors are as stated below:
1. Virtual assistance: The model provides 24*7 virtual assistance to consumers or its
users.
2. Customised features: The users have the chance to add a customised feature and
personality to their AI models.
3. Enhanced customer experience: AI can be used in analysing the behaviour of the
consumers and take necessary steps in providing them exactly what they are looking
for.
Conclusion
Hence, from the above discussion it can be concluded that Artificial Intelligence is
growing since the year 1950, from development of computers to development humanoids by
the year 2030. AI has emerged in almost all the sectors from technological sectors to

automotive to healthcare sectors and providing businesses an immense opportunity to grow
and gain a competitive edge. This project aimed at creating a roadmap for an artificial human
software that would allow individuals to customize their model according to their choice. It
