In this project I have identify and analyse the impact of innovation. I have determined that
innovation is very important part of individual life as it is significant for enhancing business
practices as well as effectively conducting organisational practice. While conducting this project
I have gain information about innovation and analysed why innovation matter to me. Through
this I was able to understand the important of innovation and need of adopting innovation in day
to day practices. In this I have analysed that innovation will assist in increasing capability and
potential of individual as well as successfully perform required task and practices. There are
various benefits that could be attain by effective innovation practices and it will be beneficial for
personal and professional growth (Patricio, 2017). I have identified that innovation is significant
for individual as well as organisation. Through innovation practices individual will be able to
enhance capability and potential in order to conduct set of practices in more effective and
efficient manner. where as in organisation, innovation will lead to successfully conduct business
practices as well as enhance organisation activities in order to attain more profits. Innovation will
assist is attracting more customers towards the company as well as improving the sales of
organisation. It is very important for consider innovation with in company in order to gain
competitive edge over other rival companies. While conducting this project I have analysed that
stress and anxiety issues is increasing in individual life. In today’s world most of the people are
dealing with the issues and problems related to stress and anxiety. This is affecting their
capability and potential to conduct business task in more effective and efficient manner. I have
determined that increase in stress and anxiety among different people lead to create negative
impact as well as affect potential of people to enhance their practices. This lead to have direct
impact over personal and professional life of a person and influence their capability to attain
desired goals. I have determined that there are various reasons for developing or increase stress
and anxiety among people. Morden life and high work pressure will lead to significant affect on
mental capability and strength of individual (Vey and et.al., 2017). Due to high work pressure or
issues in personal life stress and anxiety is increases. Now a day every person want to earn more
money and get promotion for their personal and professional development. It is essential for
person to take correct and effective steps for resolving and overcoming the stress and anxiety
issues more significant. Working in organisation is one of the major reason for individual stress
and anxiety issues. In order to successfully overcome and deal with this type of issues it is
