as well. Current research is based on Hilton hotel, which is global brand of full-service hotel
and resort. Company operate their business at global level for attaining success at market

is also help in making employees more productive and able to execute complex task
activities. This will directly contribute in enhancing the overall growth of company at
competitive market place.
Research Methodology
This section plays a crucial role in gathering relevant data and information on the
basis of research topic and area. Mainly, it provides path to researcher in undertaking the
whole research activities in an effective manner. Along with this, it includes different
echniques used by researcher for gathering authentic information that contributes in taking
right decision. Furthermore, primary and secondary method of data collection will be used by
researcher to analysis reliable and detailed information (Dunne and et. Al., 2016). By using
primary method of data, investigator prepare a structured questionnaire that includes close-
ended questions which asked through selected respondents in order to understand their view
point. On the other side, secondary data method helps in gathering detailed information about
the research topic. With the help of this, researcher easily draw a valid conclusion at the end
of the study. For gathering data, researcher choose 50 sample size who are workers of the
company and also have enough knowledge about how innovation and leadership management
is important for company in enhancing its overall growth.
