INTRODUCTION
Innovative thinking is doing the things in a new way or doing new things altogether is
known as innovative thinking. Innovative thinking can lead the audience to a wrong direction but to
make that right would be calling it creative thinking. Innovative thinking process consist of three
factors which are creativity, implementation and development. Innovative thinking is required to get
the work done with new ideas and new ways to get the work done because with the change in world
the customers are looking for new ways to get there work done because innovative ideas are getting
in more customers than ever which means the company's are making profits. There are different
types of innovative thinking which includes different approaches and techniques which are easily
learnt by anyone so that they can practice them. There are a lot of course which are available for the
people so that they can learn innovation and creativity.
In this study we will be talking about Innovation strategy's, innovation leadership, business
plan, creative thinking, etc so that we can understand what is required for the King Edward Vll
college to improve so that they can expand and become popular and increase there number of
students. They already have innovative methods of teaching, competitive pricing structure and art
facilities of the state. This study is about my opinion as to what changes i would want to get in so
that the college can do better. I will the operations manager at the college and i will put in my best
to get the changes which are very important for the college.

The college has a strength of 195 students and 25 staff members which is a great strength for a
college which has recently started. King Edward Vll college has come into operation in 2010 and
having this stregth of strudent and staff is very good for any college in just few years. Using
innovative methods for teaching is a very good step taken by the facility and is very much a trend
and that can attract a lot of students to this institute (Dincer, Hacioglu and Yüksel, 2018).

others think and what field the college should be working upon.

There are high risks in maintaining the innovation methods which are used because

because after college they will have to step in the real world of competition and if they are not
