A. INTRODUCTION
Globalization is a process that is used by the organization to take the business to the
international level. It can be also taken as a process of integration and interaction among people,
companies and government (Goffin and Mitchell, 2016). In context of business organization

year 1865 in Tampere, Grand of Finland by Fredrik Idestam, Leo Mechelin and Eduard Polon.
Headquarter of Nokia is in Espoo, Finland. HMD Global is the parent company of Nokia
Corporation. It is operating in 130 countries around world and providing services to consumers.
