INTRODUCTION
 Enterprise and innovation is the process of
identifying positive and significant change in the in
the company or the product of the company.
 In this report a company called Cadbury is being
taken which is a British Multinational company and
famous for Cadbury products.
 This report states about innovation and bring some
thing new to the products of Cadbury.

IMPACT OF INNOVATION PROCESS
 Innovation is the only option to bring competitive edge and sustain in the market.
 With the help of innovation, company can secure revenue of tomorrow and also create a positive
environment for them. Innovation has many impacts of the company -
 To secure a competitive advantage
 If the company wants to secure its position in the market and want to get a competitive advantage
they have to bring some new products in the market.
 To survive in the market Cadbury is bringing sugar free cookies which is totally new products of the
company.
 The main reason behind introducing healthy and sugar free cookies is that the pandemic is going on
people becomes conscious for their health and the demand for healthy food has been increased so to
get market growth Cadbury has launched this new product.

GIBBS REFLECTIVE MODEL
 Gibb's reflective cycle is being inspired by Kolb's learning cycle, and enable people and company reflect
on incident and occurrences.
 Description
 As the name implies, this element describes the incident, no conclusion is being drawn in this stage
apart from the things which is relevant for the company.
 It states the better understanding about any incident which take place in the company.
 Like what happened, how it happened, when and where it happens, how employees react to the
incident, everything has to be answer in detail.
 Feelings
 It states about the emotion of the employees, like as per my feeling, innovation must take
place in the organisation and the idea of introducing sugar free cookies is one of the good
initiative of the company as per the current situation.
 So this stage speaks about the feeling of the employees before the innovation and after the
innovation. How people will react on the new product.

PERSONAL INNOVATION SKILLS
AND PRACTISES
 Innovation speaks about the procedure of
implementing new ideas and also gain some economic
value. As I am an innovative person so I look
everything with different angle and perspective and also
try my best to change the things in a different way
which other can’t imagine to do. As the Cadbury is
about to launch sugar free cookie, so in my views it is a
good idea as per the current pandemic.
 But Cadbury should do a basic research to
know the market trend and also to know the reaction
of the customer about this new product. As research
about the market is one of my personnel innovation
skill which is necessary for the company as well.

 Critical thinking
 This is one of the innovative skill of mine, this is the ability of thinking clearly and
rationally, so whenever I get any idea to change to product I go to the basic of the
product and also focuses on the market research and try to analyse the problem and
bring answer for the same.
 Observation
 This is the another innovation skill which I have it is the skill through which I use all
five of my senses to identify, recognize and also recall my surrounding.
 If I get any innovative idea I observe the market and scenario of the customer like will
they accept the new product or not after all they are the end user of the product. So
innovation helps a lot in brining innovative product.
