such as clinical audit, incident analysis and health technology assessment that aim towards
significantly enhances effectiveness of health care services. Furthermore, it has been determined
that innovation, research and audit plays significant and most important role in making
improvement in quality of patient care and safety. Furthermore, it has been identified that audit
mainly include estimating a clinical result or a cycle against very pre determined characterized
norms set on the standards of proof based medication. In addition to this, it has been evaluated
