Innovation is being defined as process through which something new can be developed

very essential that they effectively conduct innovation and this will improve business
performance. For this there are certain knowledge and skill necessary for the innovator to inherit.
Along with this, there are many different factors as well which motivates the people to work in
innovative manner. The most important factor is the personal growth. This is pertaining to the
fact that when the person has the aim of improving the performance of the themselves then they
will work in innovative manner. Also, this will assist the person to grow and develop themselves
so that they are able to work in proper and effective manner.
Along with this, it is necessary that the person is having proper knowledge that is both
practical and theoretical. This is essential because of the reason that when the proper knowledge
is being possessed by the employees or the person then working of company will be good. Also,
when the people will be having proper knowledge then this will provide them a competitive

be identified with help of effective observing skills only. This is particularly because of the
reason that when the person will be having effective observation skill then this will improve the

networking. The networking involves the fact that how much people are having good network or
business connection. This is necessary because when the person will be having good network
and connections then it will be easier for person to work in better and effective manner. Also, the
network will also assist innovator to improve the working in proper and effective manner and to
complete any task on time and will improve the performance of company.
Moreover, along with all these skills it is also very essential for the innovator to have
skill of risk taking. The reason pertaining to the fact is that when the innovator will be risk taker
then they will be in position to work in much better manner. Hence, in case the innovator will be
in capacity to take more risk than the innovation will also be big. Thus, this will improve the
