The purpose of the research paper is to choose a type of innovation and discuss the
important milestones for the innovations and how it has affected the business organization.
Innovation in the modern meaning is the creation of new idea and implementation of creative
thoughts and new imagination in the form of various types of device or methods. The term
innovation is also known to be used in the application of various types of better solutions in
order to meet the general requirement or else in order to gain advantage over the competitors in
the industry. The innovations generally take place in an organization or in an industry through
the provision of more effective products being introduced in the market. The technological
innovation which will be discussed in the paper is an extended concept of the innovation.
Whereas the term innovation is just a well defined concept. The term technological innovation
has a broader meaning to most of the people. The term innovation refers to the extra steps of
developing various type of strategies in developing new services and products in the new market
place or in the public in order to fulfill the unaddressed needs of the past.

provide the finger print sensor at the back panel of the devices. The people who had short palm
used to face various kinds of problem when they tried to unlock their devices. But now days this
problem has been solved by the most innovative smart phone brands in the world. Samsung has
created their devices which has the finger print sensor at the screen of the device. The finger
print will work only if the finger is placed on the screen of the device. This innovation is much
convenient and everyone can reach it with their thumb only. But there is also a problem with this
innovation that is now a day people prefer to use those devices which has a thin and large display
rather than using thick phones Kim, Chung and Lee Samsung Electronics Co Ltd, 2019).
Therefore the company will not be able to increase the width of the display for the finger print
sensor. Developing a on screen finger print with the breezeless display was a technological and
design challenge for the company. For this reason they had set various types of mile stones in
