bring new technology will can be helpfully to increase the skills and ability of the c]power to
do their work more better.
CONCLUSION
From the above studies it has been concluded that the telecom industry is going to bring various
new aspects in the upcoming years which will make the life and work of people a lot easier than
it is. On the other hand people will tend to depend more on it and without they won’t be able to
keep up with the track of their daily routine and day to day activities. Currently Vodafone needs
to win their set and base of customers back which is disturbed because of the fierce competition
that the company faces in the market. In order to improve their service and meet their expected
goals and results company needs to change their strategy and adapt measures that help them to
reach there. The company needs to offer better deals to their customers and better networking
facilities so that they do not switch to their competitors. Other than this they need to recruit
people who are best in their area of work so that every department of the company is working up
to their potential and achieving the expected results. There are many ways such as company has
the option to merge with other so that they have a better grasp at opportunities. Also it is
necessary that the company is the first one to bring innovation into the market as compared to
their competitors as it will help them to earn the title of first mover and earn trust of people.
